Sooo quiet

Replaced a GE with this Kohler 1 HP. It is so quiet, sometimes I don't realize it is running. Easy to install and smooth operation. Fits nicely underneath. Also, the Kohler splash guard is my favorite (I'm oddly picky about these), the perfect flexibility! Love it!

Quality from install through everyday use!

I installed myself about 4 months ago and the unboxing, instructions, ease of install and everyday use has been great! It is very quiet and has handled everything we've put through it with no clogging of the drain, which was an issue with the last one we had so it must be grinding down the waste into smaller chunks.

Huge Kitchen Upgrade

I recently upgraded my kitchen sink. Included in this upgrade was replacing my old 1/3 HP garbage disposal. I chose the Reckon 1 HP disposal. The installation instructions made it incredibly easy to install. I was able to use the cord from my old disposal and attach it to my new one. The product is a gigantic upgrade over my old disposal. It is incredibly quiet, it does not shake the whole sink when it is running, and never seems to be burdened by anything I put down the drain. I would highly recommend upgrading to this product!

Really powerful, compact, and quiet

I’ve had this for a couple months now. Install was really quick and easy. It is smaller than my previous disposal (that was only 3/4 hp). It is significantly quieter than any disposal I’ve ever had. Cleans out the sink quickly. Highly recommend

Best disposal on the market

Best disposal of several I had in the past. Powerful and quieter with features to avoid clogs and jambs. Worth the extra dollars for a one HP disposal.
