[Rewarded Review] Please help

I was not able to review the item. I reached out via the contact link 3 times, I have not received a response. I got a last chance email, I don't want to miss out any more opportunities so I am writing this to say that I cannot review the product. It arrived broken upon delivery. It is completely unusable and a hazard due to all the tiny shards of broken glass. It remains in the box. I'd like to throw it away but I'm keeping it in case I ever get a response and it needs to be sent somewhere.

This Gasland Chef induction cooktop is ready to go right out of the box. The top has two burners the same size and wattage of 1500. The temperature range is 120 F to 460 F. The top is a mirror finish ceramic that is easy to clean and keep clean. For those who do not know induction uses magnetics to heat food by creating heat in the pot itself not in the burner. Gasland included a magnet to check your pans for compatibility, They must be magnetic to work. I've found the best pans are cast iron or state they are induction ready. This is a new way of cooking that uses less energy and heats faster then a convectional range. This Gasland cook top is well made and easy to clean with mild soap and water. It is portable and easy to use on any counter in the kitchen where there's a outlet
