Great modern upgrade from old tank heater
Replaced 19 year old 38 gal ge lowboy in 1300 sq ft mobile home. Required 3 40amp double pole breakers, some plumbing rework and 3 runs of 8-2 wire runs. Unit itself installs and hook up straight forward. Most of the time spent was upgrading wiring and plumbing to new unit. Water heater installed in SC & works very well, I have 2 showers, 3 faucets, dishwasher and washing machine. No issues with being enough supply at this point. Not sure on energy savings - too early to tell. Looks very nice and very easy to operate. Only issue I had was mine did not come with remote. So far I love it.
