[Rewarded Review] Just okay... takes a longgggg time to dry. So long

Lifestyle changed to accommodate a ventless dryer. You have to plan ahead. Cant throw something in and have it dry in 25 mins. Plan at least 1.5 hours. We hang a lot to dry.

Our dryer is new but we've been disappointed. The dryer dries, but not quickly and not thoroughly. For example, towels are difficult to dry, even at the proper setting. The bigger problem for us, though, is a flawed plastic piece that has torn brand new bed sheets. The service person ordered a part that is supposed to be installed in the next few days.

Very pleased with the purchase of this dryer. It is efficient and very easy to operate!

We have been using this dryer for a couple months. So far it's great. It seems to use more heat than we expected for a heat pump dryer. We clean out the lint filters every load as some reviewers report problems with lint build up on the condenser.

Whirlpool appliances suck!

Washer doe not clean or spin well, matching dryer only dries completely on Timed setting and never dries sheets properly. Turns them into burritos 🌯

I received this dryer the first week of September. After 5 weeks of use it stopped working. Very disappointed with the quality. Several other users in the building have scheduled repairs for this same unit; so I am not an isolated case.

poor drying

i bought this dryer one week ago and it has never dried a load of laundry in one cycle. Very disappointed and I would like a refund

Completely Broke After 1.5 Years

Need to replace motor on our 18 month old unit. Of course the warranty is only 12 months. The repair costs as much as a new dryer. 👍

Dryer is efficient. But I miss an interior light.

This Gas dryer works very well so far. I've owned it about 10 months now. The only issue I have with it, is it does not have an interior light. My old dryer had one, so I miss the interior light.

Works efficiently and dries clothes well. I like that I don't have to run cycles multiple times, however, the only setback is I have to put smaller loads if I am drying linen or towels

[Rewarded Review] Needed new part after first use

Received my new dryer and after the first day I noticed it was leaking water. Whirlpool advised me it was a problem with installation so I contacted Lowes to check the installation of the machine. Seems like it wasn't the installation at all but the pump tube in the back of the unit that needed to be changed. I should have known after reviewing the reviews that this machine was going to cause problems.
