Great Value, Easy Installation, High Volume, CAULKING

Cons: Doesn't come with a drywall trim plate seal to seal unit to drywall ceiling...you will need to use lots of calking to seal up around the unit to ceiling drywall. I used 1/2 tube on fan unit and 3/4 of a tube of caulk on another....you will understand why so much caulk once you install it (clearances to snap-in). Pros: Love the final cover plate design...easy snap it...flawless making everything pretty. Pros: The squirrel cage fan/motor make for a premium efficient design versus a little fan. Pros: Easy mounting feature "L" snap in unit...easy and less work inside an existing dry-walled ceiling. Pros: VALUE: the Price for an AirKing 90/100 to 120CFM ceiling fan is one of the best on the market. Pros: Bigger 4" Vent with nice flapper (automatic close vent), can hear vent close when fan shuts off. I have two AirKing's installed in my house and am happy camper.

Works great & priced right.

Was relatively easy to install. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it's a little loud. I knew that it could be loud from other reviews but I didn't want to spend the extra money for the quiet ones. It pulls air and moisture very well, better than anything else I looked at in this price range. Very happy that my bathroom vent and moisture problems are now solved. I am hopeful for a long product life span.

This is a vastly underrated high quality product that currently offers the most excellent value for money on the market if it's installed carefully and properly specified and equipped for the full range of it's uses.

Thin enough to go in a trailer OK!

Bought an older mobile and renovated. The age of the place meant it had but a simple roof vent and only five inches from ceiling tile to roof. This fit with a little nudging (watch the mounting clip, you may bend it) and with a standard four inch 90 degree HVAC elbow and offsetting it so the elbow directed the airflow vertical through the existing vent, it fit right in! The only negative aspect is the cover is too small for the hole that needs to be cut in such a reno situation.

Best Bang For Your Buck!!!

Honestly at under $50 for a 140 CFM bathroom fan you really can't go wrong. Replaced the builder fan for a 120 sq/ft bathroom that was only 50 cfm (ridiculous!) that had a jaccuzzi tub and couldn't be happier. The snap on feature makes install and removal much easier. Sound is a little loud but my old fan was 3 cfm (versus 4 cfm) and to be honest, I can't tell the difference. Great product for those on a budget.

Too noisy!

Efficient, but only good for a spare bathroom

Although powerful, this fan is LOUD

At 4 sones, this is the loudest bathroom fan I have ever heard. I purchased 2, but am going to return the one I didn't install yet. For a little more money, you can get a much nicer fan.

I shopped around and found the features and ease of installation on the fan to be awesome. this was a new install in an existing old bathroom.

Amazing value

We just installed this unit in our new bathroom, they had a tiny 70CFM on a vaulted ceiling with a jet tub, which is ridiculous. This tiny unit puts out more power with less noise than any bathroom fan I've ever installed. Maybe AirKing is an appropriate name after all.
