Looks Nice but Doesn't Work Well!

The tank lid isctoo large for the tank. It should intergrate and look almost seemless as shown on the photos, but it sticks out on each side and much more on the front. The radius is different than the tank, so it changes the silhouette.

Great toilet and easy to clean with streamlined design. The toilet lid is plastic and doesn’t seem very sturdy. It shifts on the base regularly. Might need to look for another seat. Would buy the toilet again though!

Poorly designed. Not worth the price.

I was expecting higher quality for the price. The reason for the rating is because of the seat is poorly designed and made because slides all the time even after tightening the screws that hold it in place. It looks very nice but I won’t recommend it!

The toilets sounds like water is leaking into the tank...

The toilets sounds like water is leaking into the tank when you sit, and when you flush there is a hissing sound. They were all professionally installed, so we’re not sure what’s to be causing these issues.

American standard 2891128-020 Duel Flush Toilet

Worst toilet I've seen in my 78 years. No water flow, need to flush, then clean toilet, and flush again. Seat which comes with Toilet, has broken connection and one plastic spacer split in two pieces. Toilet is 3 years old and and been flushing issue since installed. Should have complained before but now just trying to acquire a new seat. Not recommended by us unless we have the "Dud".

I haven't installed this toilet yet, but as soon as I saw the backside is open to the world, I realized this toilet is NOT fully skirted.
