Both special order toilets arrived damaged. My project was delayed. I finally gave up and shopped elsewhere.

Sadly, my toilet was broken when the plumber opened the box and the tank was missing, so I had to return it. The customer service was wonderful and helped arrange a pick up and refund.

Good toilet. No problems so far!

Easy to clean around the skirted base. I thought I might need a 19" but no trouble at this height standing up with a bum knee. Easily accepted a separately purchased Brondell bidet plumbing attachment. Really fast suction with less water. If you hear the toilet running and you have a hook on bidet, check the position of the hook. It tends to slide forward and prevent sealing in the tank. EZ to slide without even removing the tank lid. NOT ONE BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS TOILET.

excellent, I needed a round toilet for my small bathroom, and I wanted the smooth sides for easy cleaning and this was the only one I could find anywhere.

Really sharp looking toilet. I got it for the sleek modern (but still understated) look and the solid sides, which should make it easy to keep clean. Also for the low water usage. I plan on remodeling another bathroom in another year or so, and will quite likely order this same toilet.

The tank and the "innards" was not included in the shipment so it was not satisfying. However, the Wayfair service person was quick to resolve it as best they could, which was to refund my money without my having to ship back the bottom of the toilet.

Functions perfectly and extremely easy to keep clean! We have only had this one a few weeks but it’s the same model we bought last year for the other bathroom and we’re very happy with both.

Fits perfectly in our downstairs small bathroom. Flushes with power and looks great.

ORDER #WM77614043: The order was canceled on the same day it was requested. It's disappointing to see that Home Depot's customer service falls short. Many companies now prioritize "in-the-moment care," but Home Depot misses the mark. I strongly advise against making any purchases from Home Depot. Home Depot has not canceled the order for three days, even though customer service stated that the item had not been shipped.

This toilet was easy for our plummer to install. It has been great so far and flushes all waste everytime. It is also reasonably quiet. Easy to flush with two choices.

Loving this toilet. Easy to clean with the solid outside walls, and the chair height is wonderful!

I've only had this for a month but love it! Sleek design, easy to clean both toilet and floor around it. It's got a strong flush with a lot less water. Flushed everything we've managed to put in it, lol. Not a big fan of the seat. It's got a lot of nooks and cranny's to clean underneath. The slow close is nice. No more seat slamming down. Smaller than the old toilet it replaced. There's only one thing; thought it would fit closer to the wall so nothing could get back in there, like the cat. Had to block the opening with the toilet brush holder. Other than that, no regrets. Highly recommend. We did have a plumber install it. Took about an hour.

The item was damaged. This is the second time this item arrived damaged. Very disappointed.

Works well. Flushes quickly. I really enjoy the added height. It is a very narrow toilet. I would prefer more shelf space on the tank to put tissues, etc. on.

Who gets a toilet for Christmas? I do! It actually arrived at the store about 10 days after it was ordered. My husband brought it home in his truck. The tank was in one box and the bowl was in another. My husband read the PDF before installing it so he knew what he needed to have in order to install it. Installation was straightforward. One tricky part was keeping the long screws from the floor flange straight while the bowl was being lowered onto them. The other somewhat challenging part was putting the nuts onto the screws that hold the base to the floor. The nut kept falling off and rolling just out of hubby’s reach; my long fingers came in handy for that part of the installation. We are very pleased with the toilet and its function. A big plus is a quieter flush than the toilet we removed. The seat height is perfect and I am delighted with the ease in cleaning the outside as well! It has exceeded our expectations. I read the other reviews and was worried about even ordering the product. However, pre-planning for the removal of the old toilet and preparing for the new one is key, in my opinion. Read and understand the PDF that Home Depot provides (on-line), get your tools and the hose beforehand and installation should go well. Instructions also come in the box with the toilet.

I was so happy with the new method of shipping! Instead of the usual blizzard of styrofoam, the cartons were packed with coils of twisted kraft paper! This is so clever, and a much better choice. I can use it for packing material myself, recycle it, or shred it and compost it for the garden. Thank you so much! And yes, I love the toilet too. Very impressed with absence of styrofoam!
