The Plug and Play hot tub was easy to set up. You will need help to move it where you need to, it’s heavy. Then you level it, fill it up, plug it in and ready to enjoy. We love our purchase.

Terrible product stopped working within 6 months

After 3 years of use the plastic cracked on a lower inside corner. Tried to contact for warranty and sent all required info pictures and no reply. They won’t respond and I feel they are avoiding me.

We absolutely love this hot tub. We put in the electrical hook up to the house and I would definitely recommend that route vs plugging it in to an outlet. Heating is consistent, lowno notice in power bill increase, PERFECT size hot tub, the ozonator definitely works to reduce chemical use and cost. I bought a starter chemical kit 6 weeks ago, and still have more than half products left (except brominesanitizer, but thats obviously going to get used quicker vs the other chemicals). This has been the perfect addition (and addiciton) to our home!

Delivery,set up all perfect. Perfect size for my 10x10 groung level patio..Will update review if we run into any issues as time goes bye. Also plan on shooting a review video for YouTube after about of a month of use to give people an idea of the pro/con of this particular model. This initial review only pertains to ease of delivery and initial set up.

Easy setup and perfect for the price. Jets aren’t super strong but good enough for the price.

this is the second time ive tried to write a review and send a picture and I get an error message. Here we go, I got exactly what I expected buying a jacuzzi at this price. We wanted to see if we would even use it at our mountain house in Big Bear and hopes it would last 2-3 years. Over all it works well, Ive had to unplug and reset a few times because it would not heat. The problem lies with the cover. The insulation inside the vinyl cover looks like it melted, I unzipped the cover and the insolation is hard and crispy and broken . Mind you, it doesn't even get over the 80's in Big Bear . Now the cover dips in and collects rain water and looks like trash. We have had this jacuzzi for just 2 months ...Now I have the joy of trying to get it replaced through the warranty ..wish me luck

Got it two-three months ago. Electric usage more than doubled, and this was in the summer when we barely used it. It will be much worse in the colder weather. The jets now run on low all the time and won't turn off. Hoping to get it fixed, but may need to return it.

This is a very nice product. We can't wait to get it hard wired to our cabin. Then we will be able to enjoy it.

OK I will never shop Mayfair again.emails said delivery sept 9.ok so got a new email still Sept 9.we left to go about 100 miles to take care of some business and on august 19 the delivery driver shows up.we were in the middle of building a deck for the hot tub.luckily the guy was at our house.no phone call no email no text.they left it on its side sitting against our 6ft fence.outside nr the st.Delivery guy was so rude to us on the phone and refused to put it 4ft further into our yard.ive called Mayfair twice and have talked to people who tell me I got an email telling me the updated delivery.um no I have screenshot with dates.this hottub is sitting on its side in my yard after I flagged down some neighbors to move it through the gate for meIhurt my back I'm 73.we have had horrible rain storms.i would send it back but don't want to wait another 3 months.wayfair has been totally unresponsive.im very disappointed in the way I've been treated.i would have thought too my chemicals for the tub would have been delivered nope not a sign of them.dont know what I would use even if I had a hottub to plug in update take screenshot of your orders.they just tried to tell me I didn't order chemicals until I sent a screen shot this company is a joke folks

81424. Update Called warranty line the following day and spoke with someone. Explained the problem. He was a little hard to understand but advised it was the ozonator and they would send out a replacement part. Someone even returned my call from the message I had left later the same day. This person was much easier to understand and advised it was an extremely simple fix. It was. Took my husband maybe a few minutes start to finish to complete. Here’s hoping it doesn’t fry out again! Just refilled so waiting for it to get back to hot!
