Reviews

This is the worst purchase I have probably ever made. We spent thousands on this hot tub and to have it professionally installed- it does not work. wont stay hot and the company Aquarest is absolutely useless. They treat their customers horribly- every defect is the customers fault. I have had multiple technicians come out- even sent out by Aquarest (after hours of time wasted pleading for them to help me) only to have the technicians say the machine is "haunted" and is a Lemon. AquaRest will not do anything to replace the broken machine- and I have a constant reminder of the worst purchase that has cost me thousands everyday when I look in our backyard. Do not buy this hot tub or from this company. Service and quality the worst i've ever experienced.

So far, a great purchase for the price; the size I was wanting and easy to set-up. The hardest part was finding pliers big enough the release the trapped air in the jets. I've only sat in it twice but plan to daily and purchased the 3-years of insurance for peace of mind, if anything were to go wrong as others state they have experienced. It heated up to 100 within a day and everything works as advertised with no leaks. As many have stated, the access door needs improvement, but still works though I'm considering a Velcro solution around the perimeter in place of the 4 screws. I also bought a cover lifter, and it works perfectly keeping the cover off the ground with super easy cover removal and slipping back on. I'm looking forward to nothing but good times ahead. Cheers!

My husband and I have a sunroom, this hot tub fits in our room perfectly. The 2 of us fit in it perfectly, I'm 5'5" and my husband is 6'2". Since the hot tub isn't outside I'm not using chlorine to keep it clean so our home doesn't have a chlorine smell. The problem with this hot tub is the door which gives access to the wiring. The door is extremely heavy and the screws are very difficult to remove and replace. So I've just ordered a submersible pump so I won't have to wrestle with the door. I gave it 3 stars because the seating is a little bumpy but okay but the door is not designed for use by someone that isn't extremely strong. My advice, get a pump and enjoy this hot tub daily.

I like size and color of the tub. We got the two horse power. Pump is strong enough. Heater seems to work well. Seating is comfortable. I’m 6’2” and fit perfectly on the longer side. Jets are great and placed well on your back. Disappointed with the way the access panel to the tub is attached. Difficult to remove and replace. Lack of insulation on bottom and inside tub. Cover is light easy to remove and reinstall. Tub came up to temp from 75 degrees to 102 in one night. It would be a really good machine if they come up with a better access panel and fill all the areas with insulation properly. With that said I still like the tub a lot. I will check in after six months to let you know how things worked out then. Thanks Denis T.

Arrived in new condition, no issues, delivery was excellent, despite living on a steep mountain slope deck stairs to get it up. Delivery guys were great! I took the recommendation of others installed mesh screen to the panel slots cord opening to prevent pack rats, squirrels or mice from entering inside the motor panel area. I can’t get water delivered to fill until tomorrow so I can’t review the jets or water temp yet. Will update when I can. Got it filled the next day, was full temp(103*) by the next morning. Have been in it every night, temp is fine. I do notice that the jets seem a bit weak, so when I can get an electrician to convert it to 40amp240v( 1500-2500 ) I’m guessing that will help.

AR300 Premium w Ozoneater reviews are correct, good and bad. Amazing design with long seat for lying down and massage upper back short position has you sit up for lower back massage. 110v is powerful enough for heating and jets in South Carolina. 1 Tbs Clorox Bronine boost, 2.5 Tbs HTH shock, 6 Tbs baking soda brought all the specs in on HTH 6 way test strips. Maintaining with HTH Bromine tabs in a floater.

We purchased this hot tub mid summer and just filled it 2 wks. Ago. Starting with delivery 5 stars ! We were out of town for the day and the delivery men went above beyond ! We got home thought it hadn’t been delivered but looked in the back where we intended on moving it and low behold there it was right at intended spot! Thanks guys ! Now to the tub itself we’ve had zero issues filled and used once no issues ! Heated up well cold weather coming so I’m excited to get to use it more. As with the other reviews the access panel is atrocious! We opted to cover the holes with screen to protect from any rodents and added longer screws for somewhat easier access. My first hot tub def a new by but I studied on different tubs for 2 yrs. My husband sits in the lounger and he does float up so need to get a weighted device of some kind. There’s nothing to hold on to or no foot rest to remedy that issue. Very entry level but works for us.

The hot tub is nice to relax in! There was a little trouble with the order but Wayfair was very helpful and it’s now working and we are enjoying it! After a few months we noticed that the heats on one side of the hot tub would not turn down but stayed on full blast! I did purchase extended warranty so I called them and they told me I had to call the company as this happened within the company warranty! So I Called company the company and they told me that the labor would not be covered so to call and tell warranty company to cover and they said no that this the problem happened when it was still under company warranty! So to this day the jets have never fixed! Also, there is a fuse that keeps burning out and in order to change it the utility door has to be removed each time! Not andeasy task and a royal pain but since this happened within the 1st year it’s not covered by warranty company!

DO NOT BUY. Pump runs constantly and it takes days to heat and will only heat in the sun , immediately loses heat as soon as sun is not shining on it. Yes, the cover is on it. Reached out to Wayfair, who pushed my off to the manufacturer. Manufacturer asked for my phone number, which I provided, and said I'd get a call within 24 hours. 3 days later, still no call. Reached back out to Wayfair, who essentially told me "Tough, wait for the manufacturer to contact you." Also, after doing research to try to rectify this problem myself, I discovered that there is no heater in this "hot tub" - it's a friction pump, which basically means the pump runs constantly and gets so hot that it heats the water. Umm... what? The highest this got was 92 degrees F and loses heat at about 7 degrees an hour. I wonder what my electric bill is going to look after this. Oh and by the way, I still haven't been able to get in it... because it's not a hot tub. I'll update the review if Wayfair or the manufacturer make it right, but as of right now, it's not looking great. Save your $3k!!!

Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY. I read good reviews but this has been a nightmare. Wafer took forever to deliver. Then once we finally got it set up, it has either leaked or thrown codes constantly. Wayfair will not take it back. The manufacturer has sent a repairman out here five times. I purchased it in October and here we are almost February and it’s still leaking on my deck and we can’t even use it. The manufacturer told the repair man that they’ve had a lot of problems with this model which is a shame because it really is the perfect size what we wanted the manufacturer has been very nice however, they’re not able to do anything else and they refuse to, take it back or replace it .

Zero customer service. They won't get back to you if you have a problem. The Wayfair delivery guys gave information and advice that they should not have. They told me 1) it would be fine left for a few days not filled despite the freezing temps. That's actually not true, I found out, as they test them prior and there was still residual water in the jets. Not cool when the nights were hitting 24 degrees. They placed it in a spot on my porch that wasn't its final resting place. They said it's fine for me (a small woman) to drag it. But when I dragged it, all the foam insulation that was sticking out of the bottom bunched up and made it not level, despite the porch being level. I had to hire 2 men to lift it and cut the spray foam so it would be level again. Which means we ended up losing a bit of the insulation. The screws on the panel were a nightmare to get off as they were on weird angles. I wasn't able to get 2 of them back in at all after struggling for a half hour. And it took fishing around inside to finally find the drain... it was a web of electrical wires and water tubes... just shoved in there. It's been a frustrating few days. You have to make your own screw holes to attach the latches for the top to attach... that was a bit more labor. Def not quite "plug and play." It appears as if it's leaking but I'm not quite sure. Customer service has never returned my calls. A couple of positives (and the only I can think of right now): 1) it arrived fast and 2) it looks pretty. But, so far it's been heating up for 24 hours and is still only up to 89 degrees. So I haven't been able to use it yet.

(Orignal review 1/20/21) 2 years and still going strong. We replace the filter ofter. Recently the tub has been throwing an 'HH' code which means High Heat detected and the tub stops heating as a safety precaution. We lower the temperature and it's good for a couple days. I am investigating a permanent fix. (Update 2/5/2023) Nearing the 4 year mark. The HH (High Heat) code has not been resolved after replacing both temperature sensors ($125) The manufacturer now recommends replacing the main circuit board ($479). The bearing on the circulation pump is also going out. I wouldn't recommend this spa.

Too early to provide much feedback about the product; just unpacked the wrapping and took off service door. As noted in previous reviews, however, the screws holding the service door in place were incredibly challenging to remove. Finding the right angle for the screw heads at the bottom of each tunnel was highly problematic - left me wondering if a human hand had made the original insertion or a machine. Then I actually strained my wrist trying to provide the constant force nesessary to keep the head of the screwdriver against the screws heads to avoid stripping the screws. Getting the screws back into the original very small holes behind the access panel in the wall of the hot tub, with no visual access to those holes, was also incredibly difficult.

I wish I had gone for a more traditional rectangle style. This is great on water economy, the jets are good and the controls simple to use. I've had two previous tubs and when the last one leaked beyond repair, I went this route because of the two person, side by side design. I've used this one for a while and there are three things that are problematic: 1) I wanted to convert to 220/240 which I was already wired for at the site. Although no new parts were needed it was a complicated process and I had to hire an electrician and it cost almost $1,000. Had I known, I probably would have gone with a different tub. 2) the tub does not have a foot well or side foot supports so your legs only go strait out, nothing to push against. It is ok but very limiting in shifting positions. I'm going to try to put something in the tub to be able to push my feet against. 3) the cover for the mechanical parts including the drain is ridiculous. 7 screws, deeply countersunk at various angles that you can't see. How hard would it be to have the drain with a separate, open access as all my other tubs had? I've had the panel off and on twice in prep for the electrician and to see how the the tub drain is situated, and now I know that getting this stupid panel off to drain the tub will be a project that requires me to lay on my side (with replaced hips and knees) next to the tub and I'll have to have some wood shims to hold the panel in place while I attempt to find the screw holes. Very poor design.
