Good heater, but HD's process not so good.
I like the heater but install instructions are not very good and Home Depot failed to give me the second box that included the deflector. No one at HD seemed to realize that there was a second box and their only idea was to offer up a deflector from a cheap Hampton Bay heater that would not fit. I finally found someone at HD that knew what they were talking about and found the second box for me. Pretty frustrating that you would have employees handling these internet sales that are that clueless.
