We love this dishwasher. It is the quietest and we have to check it to make sure it is running. It gets dishes very clean. It is worth spending the extra money.

My husband found this dishwasher after the pump went out on our old one. Sounded great online but after having it a month now I'm very unimpressed. It's a dishwasher so I don't have to wash everything by hand and I love the lights inside. Beyond that it's a fail. The lower rack is awful. Some of the tines don't fold down and they're all tilted so dinner plates take up too much space and I can't use 3-4 of the tines. If I put the plates elsewhere on the bottom rack I have to wedge bowls because they won't fit. Pots, serving dishes are too large to fit between the tines. The upper rack is fine. Just like the last 2 dishwashers I've had. The 3rd rack (very top) is dreadful. Putting utensils in the little tines is time consuming. If you put cooking utensils and serving spoons they have to lay flat and then you can't fit flatware around them. Finally you have to have the app to access some functions. It's wonky. Again not efficient. I'm a married mom of 4 and just want quick and efficient. This dishwasher is not.

I love the dishwasher. It is so quiet I had to put my ear to the actual door, to hear if it was running. Big plus. Washes great. Have had a few concerns on certain things not cleaning as they should, but could have been the positioning, etc. I, personally, would have made the racks a little different, especially since I was SO used to my old one & was able to stack things so well. This is, most likely, a learning issue. Everything new is foreign to us until we get used to it. I would have done a few things different, on the racks, not just because I'm not used to it but because I thought it would have worked better. Again, everyone has their own thoughts on what they thought would be better. If we went by that, we'd never be able to build a dishwasher. It is a very good dishwasher. I would recommend it to anyone.

When a recent power surge in our neighborhood took out a few of our appliances, our LG dishwasher fell victim.. Not wanting to deal with the repair service and inevitable delays associated with that, we decided to replace it.

[Rewarded Review] Sub Optimal Direction-Long time Fan

Long time fan of Bosch, have had 2 of prior, top of line units -- Alas, very dissapointed with current model, as it removes the simplest of steps -- a physical delay button, forcing users to use an App, which itself, is quite poor. Far better would be to ensure a multi-purpose physical button was still available, if truly needed to remove buttons. What normally took 10 seconds [turn on power, cycle, delay, start] now takes more than 3 minutes, to ensure App is working and paired to Dishwasher with both units needing keypad input to do a simple wash cycle, with delay. Otherwise, for 5+ years, since my prior Bosch, I paid 400$ more for a unit that dries slightly less, [non plastic!] takes longer cycles with same loads, holds the same amount of dishes, with same nice cleaning performance as prior units... I am glad the filter did not change, as I have an extra. Live Customer service person was nice as well, but overall dissapointment, and hoping reliability stays up to past units, as I have seen poor reviews online.

[Rewarded Review] Excellenté Bosch Dishwasher

This is by far the most expensive dishwasher we've ever owned and well worth the money! The low decibel level is a feature that cannot be overstated. It is an advantage that my wife and I were unaware of until we purchased our Bosch Dishwasher. We can relax while listening to music or watching a movie at lower levels as the dishwasher is basically inaudible.

Never had a complaint about my previous Bosch dishwasher. When it gave up after 15 years of daily use no other brand was up for consideration. This new one is even quieter and results even better...if that's even possible. Recommended to many friends and family over the years. None of them have been disappointed. Love the old and love the new even more!!

Ripoff

Just had this installed today. The dishwasher appears to be working properly. Won't know for sure for a few months, I'm guessing. I don't feel positive about the purchase because of two things:

Quiet. Efficient. Cleans dishes, silverware, glasses spotless. Dries items better than I thought a dishwasher was capable of.

So far so good. Quiet and does a good job on the dishes. If I had to complain I wish they had a spot to hang wine glasses as they come out so much nicer than a hand wash but that's not a big deal. Overall satisfied with purchase

This is the best dishwasher I've every owned. So happy with my selection. It is so quiet that I wasn't convinced it was even running at first! My dishes, all of them, are squeaky clean and there are no spots or streaks. I love the third shelf up top for silverware although at first I kept forgetting it was there. What more can I say? Bosch, I love you!

We like the top silverware tray for the space savings. Does a good job of cleaning and it is pretty quiet. We would like to have a cycle done light and a way to better utilize the space on the bottom rack.

I have really appreciated upgrading to the Bosch Dishwasher from my previous non- Bosch. The dishware, utensils, and silverware all come out extremely clean, something I would say did not occur in my previous appliance. Along with that attribute, the dishwasher completely dries its contents at the end of the dishwashing cycle, a condition I also did not experience in the previous appliance.

Financial Mistake

Was hoping the German made versions would be worth the extra money. Failed within a year. Do Not Buy! Get one at the store with a protection plan and save your money, time and grief.
