I bought Samsung Family Hub Refrigerator from Costco around 6 months back, Excellent one.

[Rewarded Review] Lovely fridge but installation exp was horrible

The fridge itself deserves 5 stars but I faced issues regarding the installation process that I was not informed of. I waited over a month from the original delivery date for the fridge to be delivered as Samsung had delays at their end. However, on the day of delivery - the technician said he was not able to hook up the water system because the outlet was plastic. And in order for them to hook up the water line it had to be made of metal. No one informed me of it (either at the store or the online rep) and I do not remember seeing this in the instructions either. Currently I do not have a working water/ice system and I am still waiting to for BBY to find a solution for this.

So far I love it. Had another Samsung with the hub but it failed after 7 years in a power outage. Hated the old ice maker but this new model is leaps and bounds above with the dual ice in the freezer drawer. New hub is much more modern. Hopefully it lasts longer than 7 years.

Overall an ok fridge. I don't like that it forces you to use amazon and alexa.. Im looking into how to have that removed. But more than likely wont be able to. The screen on doors has to be cleaned daily. As fingerprints are inevitable. The ice maker has caused some issues overall.. like freezing the actual tray, where the ice is stored. If I could return the product I would.

I purchased this a month ago and I love everything about the bespoke refrigerator. The family hub is amazing!! Love the fact that I can listen to music, see who is at my door with the ring camera, make shopping lists, get meal recommendations, and write on the white board!! It is simply amazing!!

I got my refrigerator 6 months ago and everything is working excellent. I like to be listing to music while we are in the kitchen, watching some videos and also like to watch how is in my door and the best part is that we always have ice cubes.

We already love this refrigerator! It has a ton of space for food. The flex drawer is super helpful and can accommodate many different types of items. I thought the freezer was going to be smaller than we were used to, but it was surprisingly deep! It holds everything we need. The most fun feature is the family hub. We added photos and can update with notes to each other. We can even see our ring camera live video right from the fridge!
