If you like to gamble buy this dryer.

Dryer lasted 10 months and now doesn't dry. Gets warm and doesn't have any water drainage. Thought the benefit of energy efficiency would be a bonus, but has become a liability. Will never again buy heat pump dryer due to too many parts that can break versus a regular heating element dryer. Have to wait about 2 weeks for repair appointment. Prior to this dryer had a dryer that was 15 years old, but "upgraded" to this dryer for energy savings... doubt it'll save anything when I have to buy a new dryer in a year or two after an "attempt" to repair this under warranty.

2 new dryers- both broken

While I Loved the sleek look and larger design I gave up after 2 dryers both failed to work. Started dryer, senses load then goes into the death mode of "Pause" . Can hold button for a few seconds and restart but then it Pauses again -over and over. First replacement was delayed from Aug to end of Sept. Home Depot support was very helpful and quick to help me to the best of their abilities.

Exec Office Refuse Replace Delivered >1yr old Unit

In 4/24 we purchased a new Bespoke dryer. Told that it was backordered, we received it 6/24. From date of install it has not worked properly and we had many failed repair visits. We notified Exec office who arranged for additional repair visits that were cancelled because they said the dryer was out of warranty > 1yr old. Although told it was backordered, It was manufactured 5/1/23 more than a year prior to delivery. Exec team refused to replace the dryer and only desires additional repair visits and thinks its ok to deliver us a dryer that is more than a year old. Awful executive team support!

Good customer service

I bought this dryer 13 months ago, and it stopped heating. Home Depot would not help, but I appreciate Samsung allowing a one time warranty extension to cover parts.

Modern and energy-efficient machine that is better for your clothes and fabrics! Slower than a traditional vented dryer but noticeable difference in quality of drying. Great delivery and install from Home Depot team as well!

I was on a path to removing gas appliances in my house, I knew a friend that needed a washer and dryer so I gave them my 14 year old set and set out to find the best electric option. My wife goes along with my plans to be more energy efficient and reduce emissions, but only if it doesn't mess with what she needs to do. This was one of the only standalone, full size heat pump dryers on the market I could find and based off a good review from someone online I decided to give it a try

This was part of a set including the matching washer and pedestals. Very radical design. The higher efficiency is great. The power company shut down power for line work and I’m drying of solar and backup. The features and app features are great. Drys really nicely. The garage does get more humid from using but it’s not bad. Very quiet and smooth. I like it.

Great Ventless Dryer. I did SOOO Much Research.

Our house was built without the ability to vent a dryer, and after 12 years and three attempts with faulty vent systems, we decided to switch to ventless. I'm so glad I did. We're three months in, and this dryer is wonderful. It drys well for ventless and takes normal-sized loads, which most don't. I highly recommend making sure you can drain it into your washer drain so you don't have to mess with emptying the water between loads. I would recommend and buy it again.

Defective machine. Constant water tank errors. Had two delivered and both had same error. Tried for a third delivery and Best Buy decided that they weren’t going to install the machine because they believed it has the same issues. So I waited for a delivery , they showed up and the install never happened. Seems as though the installation guys make the decision if they install or not. Best Buy Sucks! Go elsewhere

First, power it uses 2kwh vs 4 kwh but that is only $0.28 per load. It will take nearly 5,000 loads to recoup its purchase price. A normal load is only 20 minutes slower or 1 hr and 20 mins. Now on a load of blankets,towels, and other heavy stuff it took 3 hours. My monthly savings on electricity are only about $1, and even if it were $2 that would still be 700 months to recoup the purchase price.

I have had it running a few weeks. I'll start with the cons. Blue? Who wants a blue appliance? It takes a bit longer to dry clothes being a heat pump. It is also unusually tall. It is a little complicated to set at first with all the options. None are real deal breakers.

True replacement for a standard dryer

Had this dryer for almost two months now and it has handled every load we have thrown at it. Most loads will take about an hour to dry and that's with me setting it on the low temp energy efficient mode. Love how the app shows energy use, notifications when the loads are done and instructions on how to clean the heat exchanger. Triple filtration makes sure the heat exchanger barely gets anything on it to begin with.

[Rewarded Review] Issues from day 1

It's unclear if the dryer is the issue or if Best Buy installed it incorrectly. As soon as the installation crew left and I tried to run a cycle, the dryer stopped running after a couple minutes with a "empty tank" message. There was nothing in the tank. This has continued even after resetting the machine and troubleshooting. Best Buy has been absolutely terrible in trying to arrange repair and replacement. Geek Squad drops calls constantly.

So far, I’m really enjoying my dryer.
