A Beauty!

I'm delighted with my first Venus moka pot, I already have three classic aluminium units.

Its a great coffee pot but I thought it would be big enough to accommodate 2 American style cups of coffee. I read all the descriptions & comments and feel that I would hv ordered the 9/10 cup pot had I known the truth. This 6 cup pot makes just 1 mug of coffee! truthful advertising is a thing of the past

Easy to use, delicious coffee

I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I have enjoyed making latte style drinks with an Aeropress maybe once a week for a few years. I've been transitioning away from plastic products throughout my home and a moka pot seemed like the best option for me. I'm so glad Bialleti has a stainless steel version. I've used this every day since I got it, testing out a few different simple techniques, but it truly is very easy to get a delicious drink from this pot.

I have recently purchased the induction espresso maker which was to be gifted to a family member but I found out that they already had the same size at home. It looked absolutely stunning and the quality was superb. I had to return it to a Kitchen Warehouse but I later purchased a different size. I would recommend the product to anybody considering the induction espresso maker.

Easy to use

Once I got over the initial panic stations of learning how to use the coffee pot, I found it to be much faster and simpler than the plunger I had been using. Cleaning it up was was easier too. My only complaint is that a 6 cup is still too small to make the two strong small mugs we would like. They are just slightly larger than a cup. Other people may be happy to add a bit of hot water to top it up.

Amazing

Very much in love with this and why did it take me so long to get one! Coffee game (and taste!) has improved 100%. Does not take long to make—was pleasantly surprised by how quick it’s ready. You have to run three lots of coffee through it initially (whether to clean it, or ‘season the pan’ as it were, is unclear) which is kind of a pain but whatever. You only have to do that once, and now I enjoy fabulous coffee every day. Rinse it after it cools. Don’t chuck it in the dishwasher. Don’t wash it with detergent. Do compost your coffee grinds!

Great product

Great little coffee maker. Usual fantastic Bialetti quality. However I would have expected the copper colour to look more “coppery “. It is very lightly coloured. It may become more intense with age? Have only used it a couple of times. I was tossing up between the blue and copper and in hindsight I would have chosen the blue. Otherwise highly recommend.

Bialetti Venus Moka Pot - All Sizes – All good

This is our second Bialetti Venus Moka Pot (4 cup) from Alternative Brewing. They are such great, sturdy products. Simple to use, they wear well and if you follow the instructions you can brew an excellent coffee at home or camping. We've been investigating other coffee making options but keep coming back to Bialetti Venus Moka because its so well made and easy to use.

Great except the handle gets too hot

Great experience purchasing and receiving our Bialetti Venus from ECS Coffee. I received updates at each stage of the ordering process, and it arrived sooner than I expected. The coffee maker itself is what we were expecting because we have other Bialetti coffee makers and have used this model at others’ homes. The only negative difference is the handle on this new one gets very hot. We need to use an oven mitt to pour the coffee with it. The handles on our other Bialetti haven’t ever got that hot. So that is a bit disappointing and the reason for four stars instead of five.

Brilliant Gift

I bought this espresso maker for my son's birthday. He is leaving home and it was important for me that he could make himself an authentic homemade coffee which he was accustomed to at home and remind him of home. He was so happy and is excited to use this beautiful coffee maker. It is very stylish and makes 2 decent mugs of coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Remove from heat quickly or coffee scorches

Bought for work kitchen, and found need to remove from heat immediately once the brew seems done or the coffee scorches as the steel is quite thin. I have a different brand at home with much thicker steel which can be left on heat to stay warm and won’t over cook the brew. Disappointed that for the price the Venus often delivers overcooked brew.

Makes a Very Good Cup of Coffee

Makes a great cup of coffee. Works well similar to the original model but appearance has been updated and being this is stainless steel is a lot easier to clean. The only drawback was the surface is so highly reflective it made it difficult to figure out when it was filled and no longer brewing.

So many reasons to like it!

So easy to make a good coffee with this pot. No need for a big fancy machine that takes up too much space on your kitchen bench and no used pods to contend with. I’m enjoying my morning coffee and my citrus are enjoying the coffee grounds! So many reasons to like it!

Great pot cheap handle?.

I've have the exact same pot in stainless steel for about 5 years. It still makes amazing stovetop espresso but the handle broke off long ago and definitely lacked durability in the design. I still use it along with hot pads to handle it but it is not the safest situation.

BEWARE! COFFEE CUP IS EXPRESSO SIZE

Bialetti coffee makers have a cup size label, which might be confusing for Australians. In this case, a "cup" isn't the usual metric 250ml coffee cup; it's more like an espresso shot in size. Brew capability good with quality grind

Fantastic i love it😍

I used it for 2 times a day. Making great coffee. I love it. I never buying coffe from cafe in the morning anymore. I can make stronger or weak coffee as my desire. Safe money.

Really great pot

Really sturdy pot and it makes great coffee which js nice and strong so i can dilute and drink throughout the day. Really like that the pot is rounded rather than hexagonal as it makes it a lot easier to clean compared to other pots I've used. Honestly worth the price giveb tge quality of jt

Good

Purchased to use when camping. Easy to use, easy to clean. Initially the coffee had a slight aftertaste but over time this diminished. One brew (6 cups capacity) sufficient for one mug.

Fantastic

Love this stainless steal stove top coffee maker. Had bought one previously then had to finally replace it. Bought one before realising it wasn't stainless steel so stopped using it and found this one. Love the colour and will always use Bialetti for its quality. Great sale price and fast shipping made the experience from everten so easy. Would buy from them again.

This pot works like a charm on my single plate induction cooker. Takes about 2 minutes to brew. So easy to clean also, just rinse with water and dry with a dishcloth. Typical Bialetti good quality, solid build quality. Very satisfied.
