Lost my money 535.00 dollars

After 3 months error %239 appears and it’s blocking and doesn’t letting mop or clean, we try everything to solve it, and doesn’t work…….I spend more than 500 dollars on this product and Walmart.com does no want to give me a return or refund so costumers like me are left behind without any solution after expending such amount. Totally unacceptable and customer support agent roshna did not provide a good service just answer: haa hummm , haaa hum , she did not care about the customer issues. Pay attention now on when buying expensive products on Walmart.com because they will no take care of you as a consumer and customer

Disappointed. Started off great but……

I bought 2 of these and loved them. It was life changing or so I thought. After the warranty expired. The month after the water doesn’t dispense on the mop function anymore. Looked online and looks like I’m out of luck as many have encountered the same problem. With no real fix. There are anecdotes offered but nothing seems to work. I called customer service and they said because it was out of warranty there was nothing they could do. Disappointed was looking forward to having this product for years to come.

Was awesome until it quit

I have had this for just over a year and it no longer works. Called support and there is no warranty to fix it or replace it 😡. Paid $785 with gst and after 1 year I have to throw it in the garbage.

stopped working

Bought this Shark Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Cordless Vacuum & Mopand it stopped talking i get a circle apearing with an exclamation mark on it then its just stopped working cant access app anymore tried a reset nothing works i piece of junk for the price i will go to the store and start an argument for full refund unless i can get the thing to work soon

3 Months

it worked great for 2 months. Started getting errors that water tank was empty when it was full, then was only cleaning small random sections of rooms, then error saying it needed to be cleaned under logo (sensor area), this did not work, eventually would travel 5 feet from base and stop. Would send error to app, but the notification was blank. Hoping Canadian Tire will honor their 1 year exchange warranty. I hope replacement will work well, really loved this robo vac/mop when it was working well.

Failure of a product

Has been in use since January 2024, five months later all it can do is circles like a haywire robot in a Jetson cartoon. Shark has terrible customer support. Avoid this product

My Shark robovac works great!

I received my Shark robovac on time and like new in the box. It works great. However, it can only map one floor. If I move it downstairs I have to run the mapping cycle again. Every time you move the base station you have to remap your whole space/floor. Also there doesnt seem to be a way to remap just one room. You always have to remap your whole floor.

Product is Awesome

Awesome product and very easy to set up. This is my second robot vacuum and does everything it is suppose to do. I run it almost daily and never had any issues with it yet. The mopping feature is a back saver. I am 70 years old and this is one of the best purchases I have made. I am very satisfied and am thinking about buying another one.

Ai now renamed to matrix and not good

This thing is not of good build quality.. I returned 2 of them in less than 1 year of use.. used on schedule for 30min of cleaning a day as the area I have is not large.. anyway first the problem is no go zones are not accurate enough and also can't be set to actual size and location of the zone without numerous trial and error missions of sending it out over and over to retry the area for it to not goto and fail to please every time.. but you also can't set this area smaller then the preset size in the app... "for example" you cant say robot don't drive over these air vents without it missing a very large area around the vent witch makes it pretty useless missing 4 feet around 7 different vents around the house... thats just one of the small things.. the worst part is the brush roll cover has the squeegee portion on the backside of the cover. over less then 2 months of use on hard tile floors this debris guard squeegee has cracked away and now allows dirt to fly out the back... "again" also its a pain to get replacement parts you need to buy from the sharks American website using a different model number and pay higher shipping and prices for parts.. this also has been renamed to the "matrix" now witch is pretty sus I would not recommend .. also side note I wanted to know if it was maybe the cleaning solution I used in the mop portion that may have cause the rubber portion to crack but this was tested on my second robot when I exchanged the first one I did not use the mop feature at all and the squeegee fell apart even sooner then the first one.. first purchase was 02/03/2023 and then exchanged 07/14/2023.. and I returned this one today 10/29/2023.. photo attached the part that fails..

great product

love this. mops fantastic. cleans amazing. anybody that says it leave streaks probably hasn't cleaned there floors before and expect this to remove years of dirt.

Works great until mopping function stops working

I've had to exchange this product 3 times now because the mopping function stops working. 3rd one mopped for a longer period of time but it also stopped working after a few months. Have to contact Shark now because CT won't exchange it a 3rd time...

Very good vacuum but misses some debris. When I use the mop after, the house is spotless. Haven’t vacuumed since I got it which is a couple of months. The self cleaning is a bit of an exaggeration and I would often check the filter to make sure it’s clean. I prefer it this way

The vacuum offers loads of features for the price. The self-empty feature helps because it takes some of the babysitting out of having a robot vacuum because you can just let it run and do it's thing and check the docking station every few weeks.
