Glad I bought it was better than expected. Easy to set up ran and cleaned after recharging battery and checked room with sweeper and not a speck of dust just amazing and very quiet will buy again for Christmas present.

No mapping and no suction

This is my second shark robot vacuum and I’m so disappointed. Without the mapping it’s just randomly zig zagging around the house, constantly running into walls, furniture, etc. I am returning this after one use as it ran for 2 hours and didn’t pick up any crumbs or dog hair.

I was never able to get it connected to Wi-Fi. The factory took it back.

You need this!

If you have a dog you need this I did not realize how much my dog shed until I purchase this. I run this almost every day and when I empty it out, it’s just full of dog hair. It’s an amazing product.

Shark robot

It worked great at first then stopped even though it was cleaned out well often. We called shark and after 4 phone calls an two emails they said they would send us a new one then wrote back they couldn't. We had it for less than 6 months. I had higher expectations of shark brand.

Where do I even begin with this little robot vacuum?I bought this thing on a whim, I did not think too much of it.I thought it would be too much Maintenance and the battery would die quick.I thought the section would not Be the best but boy was I wrong. This small bit mighty little robot can really suck up the cat and dog hair like noones buisness, and belive me my doggo sheds like crazy! It is a bit noisy but that isn't not a deal breaker, it does last about 3 hours before it needs a charge and goes home. One of my favorite things is I connected it to my alexa and can just tell it when to clean my floor rather then bending down or going to the app shark made this so user friendly. Cleaning the filter is the easiest part, just open, empty, close simple as that. I would buy another one in a heartbeat and I reccomend this little robot to anyone who does not want to spend $900 on the same exact thing

Don't bother

Won’t connect to the app after following all of the troubleshooting steps. Manual cleaning mode hardly picks anything up.

Waste of money

Only lasted 2 months, barely picked up anything. Always got stuck and hard to find it. Always sweep after it and don’t clean up anything on any rugs.

Expected so much more from Shark

I’m returning this and going back to a much cheaper Amazon robot vacuum. This doesn’t pick stuff up. I know that’s the whole point of this vacuum, but it’s awful. I have hard floors, and after this robot does a cycle, I still have to go back over with my handheld vacuum due to dog hair and dirty clearly still on the floor. I do not recommend to anybody.

No suction

Bought this and returned it the very next day. The vacuum just would not pick up any thing. I put down carpet fresh and it just rolled around and did absolutely nothing. Not worth the money.

Not worth it!

Bought this item at Christmas 2023. Worked great until it . July 2024 doesn’t work at all. Keep getting an error light that the sensors are dirty but no way to resolve the issue. That is only seven months this product lasted. I really should’ve given it one star.

Beware!!

Worst vacuum ever. When this this actually wants to run it don’t pick up. Then it randomly stops in the middle of the floor saying bumper stuck. Currently as of typing this review, the thing will not start at all, saying bumper stuck. Throwing it in the trash.

Worth it!!

Worth the money. Got this on sale and only paid $150 and I can’t believe how well it works. Doesn’t get stuck on smiting, cleans for so long and gets all the dirt and hair. I honestly run it everyday - every other day. I haven’t had to run my normal hard floor vacuum at all since getting “Bruce” 😊 I also love how this doesn’t cost an arm & a leg. Robot vacuums are expensive.

The switch that tells the machine that it is in is busted, so the machine will not run. Also, the machine, when running, is a little neurotic. It runs hard into things more than my other machines have. If it did not stop with that error message, I would actually keep it anyway. But for now, I'd like to return it. Thanks.

Worth every penny

I run my shark multiple times a day because I have a dog that sheds. It runs for really long time before having to go back to the dock. It’s easy to clean and keep my floor clean.

Does not pick up dog hair. Disappointed of that because of the price.

Never connected!

Wouldn’t connect! I tried for two days to get it connect and did all the troubleshooting. Nothing helped!

oversized hockey puck, worthless

Vacuum will not connect to our wifi. Tried multiple times, went through several trouble shooting videos and manufacturing instructions. Nothing worked. Attempted to return and Target will only accept an "in store" return. The closest store is 127 miles away. They had no problem shipping it but will not receive it shipped in return. What a scam! We live in a rural area and can not leave for a day for Target.

Supposed to be a brand new

I went to go purchase this vacuum and I open the box it was used. I’m high disappointed about this vacuum!! Very disappointing and disgusting!!!

Brushroll will "break" and Shark won't replace it

After only 2 years of occasional use the vacuum gave an error for which I was to check and remove an obstruction. Nothing was obstructing the base and after chatting with a Shark customer service agent, he determined while the vacuum brush roller looked fine that it was what was causing the error. He told me the part was "discontinued" so I couldn't buy it from Shark and they wouldn't replace it. He told me to look online and I couldn't find a replacement. It's sad that Shark makes products where they won't support part replacements. It's bad for the environment and my bank account as after only 2 years of minimal use, I now have to purchase a new vacuum. I've had good luck with Shark in the past but I will not be purchasing the Shark robot vacuum again.
