Flawed Design!

First, you have to manually turn the unit Off after each use. You can have the knob on either Off, Steam, or On. Once the machine is finished with each brew you HAVE to twist it to the Off position or it stays on and stays hot until you turn it to Off (all day it can stay hot). It's too easy to forget to turn the knob to Off! Second, the light on the unit only tells you when the first cycle is done. There is no light to remind you that the unit is still on or that it is still hot. The silicone seal that fits between the unit and the filter basket is too thin or is too tightly screwed into the unit. Steam and water spew out everywhere when the pressure in the unit is at it's peak (dangerous!). I do have the basket firmly twisted in and I do wipe off any excess coffee that may be on the rim of the basket. I have tried re-seating the seal only to find it is secured under the steam plate on the unit. I have tried loosening the plate screw slightly to let the seal relax a bit. Nothing seems to help.

The coffee maker works very well, but after a short period of use the water tank lid broke and is letting steam escape from the sides of the lid.

AMAZING

This is the best coffee machine ever. If you are on a budget this is the best option. I’ve been using this coffee machine for 1 year and I make my latte every day. I like the coffee I make at home more than the coffee shops. Really great machine I definitely recommend this coffee machine to coffee drinkers that are on a budget. Perfect for students, dorms, or anyone!! I am a student and this is great. I would definitely gift this to anyone needing a coffee machine!

Not be cheap and broke in the first try

When I saw it , I was like yeap . Why I got cheap ?? Oh yeah I am brokey person yeah !!! So not be cheap totally not work and the coffe test bad and the machine broke in the first use

Don't bother buying

I bought this item because it looks exactly like the Krupps we had for about 15 years. Don't be fooled. Everything about this has been cheapend. See the plastic fitting on the milk frother? It's threaded directly onto the end of the metal tube. Small plastic threads on a hot tube. What could go wrong? Two uses and by the third time the plastic piece kept blowing off into our cups leaving a large hole splattering milk everywhere. The Krupps had a threaded metal piece (we discarded there plastic end) that could be removed and cleaned periodically, but never blew off into our cups. I've emailed the company how to return this junk for a refund and if I can will update this review with their response.

I was surprised by this little machine. The price is awesome and it does the job well.

NOT an espresso maker

I have tried everything I can and this thing continues to make coffee with the consistency of a simple drip coffee. I wasn't expecting high quality espresso for $30 but this even missed my already low expectations

Product exploded after 6 days

At first I loved the product. After a few uses it started to let outgas stream at the end of the brew cycle. I cleaned the seals but problem persisted. Final 4 cup brew (using recommended grounds and water level) resulted in a loud bang and coffee grinds all over my kitchen.

I never received the package, and it was marked as delivered. I have to wait 2 days to get a refund.

It has the perfect size to put everywhere in the kitchen. Makes coffee in a few seconds. Doesn't required too much maintenance. You can make any flavored coffee or cappuccino.

It has a very nice size and it fits perfectly anywhere in the kitchen. Top quality. It takes a few minutes to prepare it and a few seconds to brew the coffee.

Simple espresso machine

For sure a good little espresso machine. It has worked very well if you know how to use it! Makes amazing cappuccinos, and espresso. The cappuccino is my favorite thing to make. The frother works very efficiently and though you have to change the settings, there is good consistency in the milk quality has foaming. Sometimes the cup amount is not so much consistent. Overall for the price, I have been very happy with this item. It is easy to clean too!

Works great, working out the kinks but you can make an ice coffee cappuccino and americanos in less time you spent in the drive through line!!
