Great size for large cooking but not too big and beautiful
I love it!
I’ve wanted this braiser for a long time and I’m so happy that I finally have it. The quality of the product is what I’d expect from Le Creuset. The order and delivery process with Williams Sonoma was exceptional, as has always been my experience.
A Must Have for Every Cook
I received the braiser as a gift abount 10 years ago and for Christmas this last year I bought one for my daughter and she loves it so much and uses it almost every day, so for my Granddaughters birthday last month I bought one for her and she texts me all the time and says she uses hers everday. It is such a great cooking utensil I wouldn't want to be without it.
Osso Buco Perfection ??
I absolutely love the design and dark blue! Be careful, the lid is very heavy! The perfect cookware for braising. Fits 6 big veal shanks for osso buco! I also braised meatballs in tomato sauce, another outstanding and memorable meal afloat on private yacht!

Came Stained / Damaged
When I opened this there was a small yellow stain and little black cracks / scratches.
