Great lock, terrible programming instructions
I like it much better than the old QuickSet digital lock it replaced. This one is much quieter, smoother, and has better features. Too bad they are all (pretty much ever manufacturer and model) different sizes and shapes. Now I will have to fill screw holes in the door and re-paint the door where the paint faded, leaving the paint behind the old one a different color - this one is smaller by a couple inches. Yes, so far I like it. One BIG word of advice though. Be prepared to call customer service for programming secondary codes. it is rather lengthy and complex, and the instructions are very confusing on this. this comes from someone that understands computers and programming things. They really need to give you the string of about 15 or more keypunches, with explanation of variables in the string, rather than a confusing chart to try to cover multiple variables in a confusing manner at various points.
