Leaking spout

At first this product was great, easy to fill and the filter runs quick. However, after about 3 months of use (not even) the spout now leaks and drips. Overnight spilled almost the entire dispenser full of water into our fridge ruining all the food on the bottom shelf. Cannot return as it is apparently out of the 90 day window (actually been 84 days).

All Broken

All 4 of these britas have broken very easily. Ordered another one because my previous has small crack and new one arrived cracked and broken. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Kind of weird but I have two identical filters from 2 different purchases. One drips really, really slow and the filter that came with this one the water goes through super fast. I've used Brita for years just surprised by the difference in filters

Value for money

Value for money. Really change the taste of the water. Recommend to everyone.

So far, the Brita seems to be everything it claimed and the price was competitive.

The brita container is really nice and convenient but the brita filter seems defective it doesnt seem like its filtering the water and still taste like just drinking tap water

Cracks after 30 days

The water from this tasted great but immediately after the 30 day warranty was over it started leaking and three cracks appeared. Now, I can’t return it and feel like I wasted $50.

This has. A great filter lasts a long time , great design kids love it encourages them to drink more water. Easy to maintain and makes the water taste alot better x

I don’t have a measurement device or technical ability to test the quality of water after the filtration but I can see the change by taste. I like the product.

Easy to use

Excellent for smaller children. My youngest always asked for help with a pitcher because it was too heavy. The spout in this allows them to get water without any lifting involved.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is an awful product and I highly advise going with a different option. I bought this to replace a PUR water filter, which had lasted years. I’ve had this brita for a few months and the spout now leaks, and has damaged our floors as it essentially poured a gallon of water on the floor overnight.

Waste of money and time.

The package arrived in a broken condition. The filter edge is broken.

Does not notify to change filter

I had this Brita water dispenser over a year and it still has not notified me that the filter needs to be changed. I don’t think that feature actually works. Just be sure to change the filter every 6 months.
