Lots of exhaust fans claim to move air quietly. This one actually does it. Plus the heater gets to temperature quickly. This is the best exhaust fan at this price point.

Incomplete Installation Instructions

We've done many home projects in several homes and have never had the problems we've had attempting to install this fan. The instructions are quite incomplete and we have yet to get it to successfully work. (Why in the world in this day and age would there not be a video on Broan's site??) Poorest

I built a brand new house and this will be my 3 one I had to replace. Really. It works for about a year half. Don't ever buy this one. So after I buy 2 brand new do I get one free!? Really my house is 4 years old and now I need to buy my 3rd!?

Quality System

Nice looking unit. The fan for heater powerful enough to spread the heat throughout the entire bathroom. Much better than previous discontinued Broan. Light brightness settings are nice. I like the brightest setting; daylight. Easy to install.
