Terrific pan not properly prepared for shipment
The large and deep fry pan is just what I was hoping for and I'm pleased with it. However, when it was delivered, I was startled to see that the handle extruded from the box. The handle was dented, not surprising that it suffered being exposed. Why would it leave a facility not fitting into its box???

This pan was purchased for use on the front 12" burner on my glass top stove/range. It covers the entire burner which reduces burned on stains on the burner from spills and splatters just as I wanted and it is very good at distributing heat. The ceramic non-stick is excellent and durable provided it is not washed in the dishwasher or exposed to detergents. The ceramic coating also does not contain the toxic chemicals found in typical non-stick coatings. The only caveat is that this pan is rather heavy and bulky due to its size but it does have a "helper" handle.
