Have had for almost 3 years and it works great
Great ice machine!
Bought this for my business to use under the counter/bar. Extremely quiet and efficient. Makes plenty of ice, have not ran out yet. Machine kept up with supplying ice for a party of 250 people for 5 hrs so id say that's pretty good!
Died after 1.5 years - no customer support
Product stopped working after 1.5 years. Believe circulation pump is gone, no information or customer service on how to fix.

This unit stopped working within 6 months of purchasing. A new one was shipped out. The second one lasted a little longer, just over 15 months. Pieces of junk. Do not buy as they are definitely not "commercial".

The first one stopped working after about 6 months, and Wayfair sent out another for replacement. The second one lasted about 8 months, and the same Error 5 code appeared. It was great while it worked.
Started when turned on and is exactly what was needed for increased ice supply at the house! Loving it!
Perfect for our new pantry for entertaining.

We are very happy with this unit it has only been about 30 days since i installed it. The ice cubes are just perfect size and if you have the urge to crunch through your ice it breaks down easily with no strain on your dentures. Perfect for my Bullet machine to blend power smoothies and milk shakes without straining the unit.

Gift in memory of my mother
Great choice! My church family loves it! It was brought for my church in memory of my mother. A "In Memory of" plate was attached to the top of the ice machine.
This ice machine is just what our office needed. Were able fill up our coolers and go do our exterior work. It makes a full tray of ice in 10 mins, was easy to install, and very aesthetically appealing.
