The small solid machine works like a champion.

Machine is much smaller than I had imagined…easily a table-top machine. 35lb of ice would be possible only if ice was 100% broken apart. A more typical storage would be about 14 -16 lbs. storage is not refrigerated so melting would commence immediately (slowly, but continuous). Drain bin definitely needed. So good for small volume cocktail ice…home party…but not industrial production.

Sent the incorrect machine twice

Doesn’t work, customer service not good.

Hasn’t worked since purchasing, it doesn’t get cold and no ice produces. I have called the number on the booklet and on the manufacturers site. The number rings and then disconnects. Every now & then I get a live person but no help but instructed to email. I have sent emails, videos the issue is not resolved. They don’t respond to emails within 48 hours. Takes several days. If you call they say email. You cannot get support over the phone. This was the biggest waste of money. DO NOT BUY

I couldn't be happier with this machine. Starting in June here it's over 100° every day, and we need lots of ice all the time. I had a small issue, and they have terrific, fast, accurate and polite customer service. I was sent information and videos to fix me back up promptly. The customer service alone is worth five stars.

Scratches inside the ice bin. The door is not user friendly. The ice cubes do not separate.

Makes ice fine. Storage only holds 10-15lbs.

Solid little machine works like a champ. Only down fall I see which is just my opinion, is the door doesn't seal. This allows the ice to melt quickly.
