Great water heater! Incredible value, easy install

We bought this for an outdoor shower at the lake and it has been fantastic! I think most of the lower reviews were people who installed them wrong. You MUST make sure the dip tube is installed on the cold side inlet!

Larger than I anticipated, so I had to sit it on the floor. It's too heavy to mount on the wall. It works great, so I bought a second one. Finding the correct hose was a bit of a challenge. Instructions should tell you what other pieces you need to complete the assemble.

Mini Hot Water Tank

It works for what we wanted it for. But you have to have it almost turned up all the way to get really hot hot water. The plastic fittings I'm not pleased with, but so far everything works.

Great for point of use.

I bought this 4 years ago as a quick fix until I could buy a new gas water heater and run some new plumbing lines

We couldnt get it to work hot wont come thru .My husband trade was a plumbler and he hook it up and cant get hot water to come thru. We called the company to get some tech help but they wont call u back .hou have to make appointment for them to help u. It was money down the drain for us.In my book they dont need a start at all bc i cant use the heater.

I needed a small portable instant hot water heater for a bathroom remodel in my detached garage. This fit the bill perfectly! 4 gallons is enough for those longer hand and tool washing jobs and I like that I'm not heating 20-40 gallons several times a day. I had one cold-water line coming in, split off of it to create 2 lines. One went directly to the faucet cold water line and the other went to the cold water inlet of the tank. Then I just ran a 16" line from the tank hot water outlet to the faucet hot water inlet. Instant hot water.

Delivery was lightning fast. Product in original box. Securely packed, no damage. Installed immediately. Fully heated less than 15 minutes. We'll see how long it lasts to determine replacement or not. I have another one in use for last 2 years. No problems so far. Thought I'd try another.

4-gallon mini hot water tank.

About 20 minutes to heat from cold. It IS only 4 gallons, so not much volume, but it does the job well.

It’s REALLY big and the hot water is not that hot, making my instant hot water set-up a bit of a bust
