Terrible customer service
Contacted the company to PURCHASE a part and they only have parts for warranty coverage. So after the warranty date the dehumidifier is junk because could not even get the attachment drain part that the drain hose connects to. Why they let companies sell items in the USA and not make them have replacement parts available to the person who purchased it is beyond belief. Will NEVER buy another Keystone product again.
