Seems terrific so far! Only had installed for a couple weeks, but so far we've been able to put everything down there.

Just received this today. Was well packaged and we look forward to installation. Will update our review once installed. This is going in our personal home though i'm typically writing reviews on client merchandise/remodels/home decor.

Garbage Disposal Review

So far this disposal is working great. Its only been a couple of weeks so I cannot speak about it’s longevity. Plumber said it was difficult to install but he got it done. It’s quieter than the previous one. So far I am pleased with it.

Horrible installation

If your current plug (the one from your previous disposal) has stranded wire you HAVE to buy a new plug with solid wire. Tons of people don’t know what wire type they have (and why would they?) so basically just plan on buying a cord as well or plan on making an extra trip to the hardware store. IF YOU’RE GOING TO USE A PROPRIETARY CONNECTION THEN PROVIDE THE CORRECT PARTS IN THE BOX.

False advertisement: The seller sold a used item as new. The item was advertised as new, but upon delivery, we noticed several scratches that clearly showed signs of previous use

Great unit, up there in price but worth it, It is really quiet and the in counter switch is great.

This InSinkErator is a replacement for our previous 9 year old one, which was broken due to an operator mishap -(- not a fault of the disposal unit at all.)

This machine is awesome. The marketing and Home Depot description are absolutely misleading.

The Insinkerator arrived quickly and well packed. I had a professionally installed but the electrician warned me that the plug wouldn't stay seated. The plumber confirmed this. I contacted Insinkerator and after gathering some information the rep tried to blame it on the installer without evidence and then disconnected from me when her shift ended. Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

It keeps getting hung up without anything in the unit. It is not stuck with food, it turns with Allen key.

strong and silent . Perfect for a busy household that has many cooks.
