Great purchase

I love it. The speaker sounds nice, but not too loud throughout the house. The lights are beautiful and create a wonderful ambience and the fan works perfectly fine.

Features are cool... but

It's cool, everything you'd want - lighting, Bluetooth speaker, which sounds good... but it really doesn't seem to move much air, for ventilation, and this thing started making a loud rattle noise pretty quickly. I can definitely appreciate that in a small bathroom, it's difficult to reduce the steam collection, and that perhaps installation may be an underlying cause of the rattling, but when I took it back out, you can see that the balance of the blade seemed to be pretty susceptible to dust caking, coupled with moisture, to create an unbalanced rotation - making this thing LOUD. Just my two cents ... looking for something new.

The kids love it!

My wife and my kids love this addition. The light is really cool, plenty bright, although I wish they had a daylight setting for the main non-colored LED. Im an electrician, and not exactly a fan of the battery powered wall switch, but it seems like the batteries could last up to a year? If that's the case, replacing them isn't an issue, just do it when you do the remote. For somebody who isn't an electrician, the switch leg goes to a constant hot from your other switch. If there isn't a switch, you can bring in constant power from the attic somewhere, and just cut a box in the wall, and have this remote wherever you want it. I thought it was strange, but overall, I like it.

Don't give up on it!

The install was easy. Connecting the remote and fan/light was easy. (We had to use the mute button, not the light button) We couldn't get it to connect via Bluetooth. We tried the comfort care app and it also didn't work. I watch soo many things about this fan and I FINALLY found the right app. It connected so easy after that. Use the voice controll app. Same picture as the comfort care just different name. Hope this helps others!!

Buyer at Lowe’s Beware

This unit is cool, loud, but cool. Was very excited for it and during install realized the one we bought from Lowe’s was missing the whole speaker unit! It must have been an open box.my husband had to modify our ceiling as this was smaller than our previous fan. So after 3 different Lowes visits he found one to replace it with. Got home and ready to install and it is missing parts! Damper/duct adapter is not there. This was prob a return as well, get your crap together! So disappointed in this experience and with Lowes.

Looks like an easy job but a pain in the butt.

Pain in the neck. Had to tear out wiring to my old switch to accomadate new blue tooth switch did all the wiring hookups as directed the fan still don't work.the lights work fine. I think the built in receptacle is bad.

speaker is crap

fan is good, light is cool, not a fan of the batter switch but it works. the big complaint is the cost of the product and the cheapness of the speaker I was ready for a great sound but sadly my phones speaker is louder than fan speaker. Pretty sad

Fan not up to par

Replaced builder grade fan with this fan. Never had a problem with mold in the bathroom until this fan was installed. Bathroom is 9'x 6'. Kids, however, love playing their music through the bluetooth.

Bad product. Not worth the price.

The controller didn’t work. Very difficult to use. Most times doesn’t want to connect through phone.

Would not recommend

This is so weird and it has design fault. The entire unit does not work until you use the remote. Also remote is like a wall switch but it is not. It is a battery operated remote that is the same as wall switch but not power, it is battery operated.

Seems to be a good buy

The CFM work well venting the room. Daughter like the light options.
