Ordering and pickup went well. No complaints. Range hood install was also very easy. Auto feature works well but this hood is quite noisy which was one of the reasons I was swapping the old one. Disappointed with the noise.

The auto on speed setting is fixed. Like it to be on higher speed. The light bulbs burnt out in a few months and no replacement can be found in store or the web. The unit die within a year

Not a good product

The lights burnt out in just a few months and no available replacement anywhere (in store or on the net.) The auto on was slow and weak. The auto speed cannot be adjusted. Within a year, it died. Called the customer service number and no one available and mailbox was always full. It's like a scam.

The product is awesome, packing material should be much better. The unit arrived without damage but, the unit was moving around in the box and was breaking up the styrofoam packing fairly well. A previous unit from another vendor that was returned had much better packing (the unit arrived with the button assembly loose). . . The automatic feature is awesome, how many times do you remember to turn on the vent when cooking!! I just hope it works in the long run.

Easy to install, looks great, works great. My only complaint is that the automatic function for the fan does not kick in as soon as I want it to. So I use mine on manual setting.
