Excellent hot tub! We’ve had it for a month and it’s very well made and does everything it’s supposed to including soothing our bodies. Perfect for us. The cover is also very well made. Delivered perfectly safe and a little earlier than originally scheduled. This will be a year round spa for us. Thank you for a great experience and we hope to get many years from this hot tub.

Great, hot tub very simple. Fill it up plug it in put chemicals in no complicated controls. If I have anything negative to say it would be four person spa really it’s more like two adults two kids.

The temp gauge unfortunately doesn’t work well and our hot tub over heats pretty often. We have to keep the lid open most of the day to prevent temps of over 107 of the hot tub when set to 98 degrees. Seemed it’s maybe too insulated and the temp gauge doesn’t seem to do well with turning off. The sides are bent inwards on the tub which we couldn’t see through the packaging when we accepted the tub undamaged on the outside, but thus far hasn’t caused any issues we can tell. It’s unfortunate the tub warped like that on all sides and is purely cosmetic. Holds water well and temperature too much, but overall has been working and we do enjoy it!

Hot tub looks good the size is perfect, but the jets are not powerful enough to feel the massage. Overall okay for the price. I only have two weeks ago and i am hoping to enjoy it.

It’s a great unit. Smaller than 4 person unless you’re a very friendly quartet. Easy to maintain and great price. I set it up by myself with partner doing the chemistry.

Arrived just as described. Not fancy but got everything we needed and wanted. Arrived in great shape. Super easy setup. So far highly recommend.

Excellent value for the money.

This same hot tub seems to be made under different company names but all are the same. You can find them in local mom and pops for the double the price as online but its the same. Be aware it says 4 people however Id say 1 1/2 - 2 people really. Just putting 3 in will raise the water level considerably as it definitely not for 4 adults contrary to what it says unless you really like playing footsie. However, the jets work great and the waterfall is fun for the kids. It took 30 days to be delivered. They dropped it on the end of the driveway. I bought some moving straps and me and a neighbor were able to move it ourselves to the back yard onto a slab without much difficulty. The unit warms up quickly enough. Also be aware they say you need 220 to run the jets and heat the tub at the same time. That is not accurate with this. The tub heats by having the water run thru the motor. Hence the jets have to actually be running for it to heat, so you dont need to worry about it getting cold while running the jets. Great buy for the money, worth it over a inflatable.

Only issue we have noticed is a couple of the jets in two different seats so not blow as hard as the rest, like they are kinked or partially plugged. Other than that our first couple weeks with it have been great.

Great hot tub super price!

Seats are uncomfortable and not ample space for feet and legs. Temperature control varies.101 actually sets at 102-104. The gentleman who delivered it was very helpful and polite.
