Beautiful fridge

This fridge is so beautiful and holds so much food! I love all of the compartments it has. I also like how the fridge illuminates when you open the doors. Love it!

[Rewarded Review] GE Cafe Refrigerator with Smart Pitcher

We love our GE Cafe refrigerator with smart pitcher. The fact that we don't have water on the outside makes cleaning a breeze, the interior lighting is gorgeous & the flex door is a great feature. We also like the extra shelf in the freezer for big boxes like pizza, that's really handy. Overall very happy with our purchase.

[Rewarded Review] Best Buy Customer Service Sucks

Note this is a Best Buy review and not a review for Cafe refrigerator. I can’t review because Best Buy messed up my order so badly that they never delivered on the October 25th scheduled delivery date. Long story short Best Buy is like oh no big deal you can easily change delivery dates no problems we do it all the time. All of my items showed in stock ready to deliver. They bumped my delivery date back almost two weeks due to renovations. I was rescheduled for October 25th and lovely Best Buy decided hey let’s give away her dishwasher and cancel her ENTIRE delivery of SEVEN Cafe appliances and better yet let’s not even contact her to let her know about. Or as a matter of fact it sounds even more fun to tell her when she calls in that yes all is in order for her delivery on October 25th and just not show up! Making it even better when I reached out to my sales consultant two days prior to delivery date he told me he was TOO BUSY to call me. Guess spending $15k + on appliances alone doesn’t mean much to Best Buy. When I said that’s OK just have someone call me crickets no help at all. When I did finally speak to someone from the corporate office on October 24th they told me the dishwasher would be back in stock October 31st but they couldn’t schedule me until November 16th due to other deliveries already booked. Finally they decided to squeeze me in on November 9th as a favor. Wanting to cancel the order the corporate employee gave me her email address to reach back out via email, two email attempts and she still has not responded or called me. Anytime I call the corporate phone number I get the general call center. I get the pleasure of speaking to a hardheaded person that I can’t even understand who is insistent on trying to help with the order even though I tell them I was advised by corporate to not let anyone but them touch the order. After being promised return calls here I sit and no one has called yet.

Great fridge

I love this fridge however I am not a fan of the water pitcher. I wish there was an option to remove it. It makes the door super heavy and I’m sure the spout will leak eventually. It was the one factor I was on the fence about buying this fridge.

QC needs to Improve!

As I am on my 4th refrigerator I'm less than pleased with Quality Control at GE. The first one was dented, the second one had sticky black foam on the finish that doesn't come off (I temporarily kept this one as my old refrig was removed and they ordered me a third one) The 3rd one came last week with more of the foam on the finish and we are now in a "white glove" inspection mode between GE and the transporation company for hopefully a 4th refrig to be delivered this Saturday.

Beautiful fridge

This fridge is so beautiful and has SO much space inside. I like the auto fill water pitcher, the fact that it's on the inside so little hands can't push buttons. We also love how the back wall of the fridge lights up.

Spacious

This is an awesome product I like the lighting on the posterior wall and the space and overall the shelf setup. Luxury at a decent price.

Great Design

Love the water pitcher and that it fills so quickly. Like the middle drawer as it is so versatile. We are using it for beverages which leaves a lot of room in the fridge itself for other things.

We had this fridge installed less than two months ago. It's already leaking and I'm angry for not paying more attention to the reviews about poor quality.

Brilliant design

l have only owned the fridge for a little over a month, but in terms of spatial efficiency and design, it’s extraordinary! And the ice maker actually makes ice! We all love it even my child who enjoys the magnetic exterior ☺️

Great storage!

I love the back lighting instead of just having and overhead light. You can easily see everything in the fridge. The matte white is gorgeous!!! I love it!

Top shelf refrigerator that screams STYLE

Incredible refrigerator, so much space and very organized. Auto fill water dispenser works fantastic. And the look screams style everywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone!
