We really love this door lock. The remote control is great, as is the lighted key pad.
False advertising for Home Depot
Purchased 2 of these lock systems. When looking at the photo provided for purchase it show 2 key remotes fanned out like your getting 2. Not so much, it comes with one so you have to purchase separate remote. Spent about 200.00 on these locks assuming it came with the 2 remotes which I need. Haven't installed so I assume there will be some more surprises. Won't shop home depot anymore and will let everyone I know about the poor customer service after the purchase. NO HELP!

I have 2 of these locks which were installed a year or so ago. I bought them after reading all the great reviews. They worked great at first but I had to keep replacing the batteries, sometimes as much as every two weeks. And, by the way, it's a pain to keep replacing the batteries as there's one teeny tiny screw that's hard to replace without dropping it. I don't know if I got lemons or what but I give up. Now I don't have a functioning lock on either door so I have to use a third door or the garage entrance to get in and out of the house until I can get some other locks that actually work. VERY frustrated.
