Unit was really easy to install and works great
The instructions were great, I installed the unit in about 4 hours. The unit is very quiet and heats my whole garage!! (24 X 30)
Working but pending smart controller issue
This is the 2nd MrCool i purchased. The first one worked great. This one was sent without the docking station and Chill is working to fix the issue.

Worst Customer SERVICE EVER! New Unit is junk!
Bought unit Saturday, install went great. 3.5hrs to install. Unit won’t cool. Had to call for a local service tech to diagnose. Mr.Cool has little to no support in a timely manner. Reversing Value is not working on compressor allowing it to allow freon to flow into/through compressor. Thus the reason for not cooling. This is a brand new unit and already JUNK!

Very easy to install. Works as described. Not a big fan of variable speed fans. Yes the save energy but they are electronics. Those fail easy. Time will tell.
