Best bang for the buck.

The water heater has functioned flawlessly since installation. I like the compact design and quiet operation. Quality of the unit is better than water heaters costing a good deal more.

Remember to get isolation valves

Good product, but be aware that it doesn't come with the required valves and pressure relief valve for a correct setup. Also note that it appears to be nearly impossible to find the Noritz isolation valve kit anywhere in Canada. It would be nice if Home Depot also carried these kits.

Nice System

Nice system and provides me with extra space where the old water tank used to be. It is nice not having to worry about inconsistent water pressure and temperature when other thing are running, like washing machine, dishwasher and toilets.

Good Tankless Water Heater

We got this Tankless WH during the freeze that hit the Midwest in February. We had one from a different manufacturer that broke due to the condensation freezing and it was only 5 months old. The Noritz has been working great. It heats up fast and I like that the recirculating pump was already built into the unit.

Finally all the hot water you need.

We love our tankless hot water tank. Its nice to be able to take a shower as long as you like and have endless hot water for the next next family member with out having to wait for a tank to heat up again.With this model you can even run the dishwasher or the washer at the same time you are showering and know you will have hot water. So fair we have had no problems, like a lot of people we have read a lot of reviews on the tankless hot water tank before buying a Noritz. I did decide to go one size bigger on our Noritz as I did feel it was worth being able to run two things at the same time. Happy tankless hot water shopping.
