Easy assembly and they work as expected

This heater works great! We use it on our patio and it keeps us warm!

So far so good we get great heat output and were are very pleased. I was happy to learn that I could order a black base which goes with out furniture.

This is a very well made and solid heater. We have had several but this is the best we’ve had and it is a wonderful value.

This is going to make a wonderful addition to our carport it will enable my husband to work outside when the cold weather hits. Easy to turn on and off and quite efficient.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The igniter didn't work. I called Hiland customer service and the very rude and irritable tech walked me through starting the heater with a cigar lighter. Fine, but when I asked about the igniter that is built into the unit, I was told it wasn't needed since I now new how to light the unit manually. Really? No offer to replace the igniter; no additional help. In fact, HE HUNG UP ON ME. Great customer service...NOT. I'm returning the unit to home depot immediately.

We bought this heater as a wedding gift and everyone absolutely loved it! Ordered it online and picked up at store. We actually used it that night at the wedding reception. It gives out a good amount of heat and looks very nice. My husband and I are planning to get a couple for ourselves:)

This is exactly what we were hoping for. Easy to assemble and very sturdy when done. The table is perfect size. It is very usable and the perfect height for our bar height chairs. Highly recommend. We live in the foggiest part of SF so it makes our deck useable most of the time!

Assembly was straightforward and all the parts were well packed and in perfect condition. Clear instructions. Plan on spending about two hours. Nice exterior finish and looks to be solidly built. Heat output is good, but like any device where the heater is on top, there is a definite gradient in how warm you feel based on how close you are to the heat source. Standing under the heater - very warm. Sitting at a table underneath, warm enough but not toasty. Overall we're satisfied.

Buyer Beware

Total garbage - probably the worst product I've ever purchased at Home Depot over the last 30 years. Always very difficult to light so we used it infrequently. Eventually quit using it and disassembly was difficult due to rusted (cheap) hardware.
