Quiet and easy installation

Great fan

Nice quiet fan. The ability for it to always run at a low speed and the be turn on high as needed is great for so many situations. And the amount of adjustability is also perfect.

Panasonic makes ultraquiet fans for clearing the air from a humid bathroom. They are perfect for remodeling projects because of the low height required to install. This is my second fan install and I will definitely buy more.

Whisper is the perfect word for this exhaust fan, after we installed it and flipped the switch, we had to drop the grille to be sure it was actually working. Well constructed, mostly plastic, light weight and can be mounted with access to only 1 joist which is nice for refits, but back on subject, the fan is very well put together, the controls are very simple and easy to manipulate. We cranked it up to 100 cfm to see how loud it was and again, had to drop the grille to make sure it was in fact working. All the electrical is easy to access and everything is labeled well enough that you can figure out what wires go where. Now the wife wants to upgrade the existing bathroom fan after hearing this one run..

[Rewarded Review] Big improvement

This unit was larger than the builders grade fan that was installed. The electrical connection was easy enough with a slip on cover. The level of noise is dependent on the adjustable setting being used. It is quite quiet compared to a builders grade product.

[Rewarded Review] White bathroom fan energy star

I liked the white color for the bathroom fan. It is great that it is a energy star with electric as high as it is. It was easy for my husband to install. It should last for years and does improve the look of the bathroom.

They are all good, all easy to install, and quiet. We are remodelers and have installed hundreds of them without a single failure.

Picture of Dimensions is misleading

I am not sure why the picture shows the measurement as 14.25 x 16.73 because it is not, it is a perfect square. We had our contractor install this but he ended up having to cut into the drywall, so then he had to patch, texture, and paint the ceiling so this ended up costing us a few hundred dollars more. It is my fault for not digging into the specs more carefully, but the picture is incorrect. Maybe it is for a different vent. i would have returned it but again it would have cost me more to do so since the work had already been started. Measure twice cut once...and keep a hawk eye on your contractors

Pulls a lot of air and you will not know that it is running! I love it!

The fan is still very quiet on the 100 CFM setting. Installation was pretty easy. The 4" duct needs to be squeezed obround to fit on the fan but it is not a problem. I ran a 2ft long x 4" dia piece and transitioned to an insulated 6" HVAC duct and vented it 23 feet away straight out thru a wall using a metallic wall vent and flapper. The fan moves a lot of air and has no trouble exhausting over that distance. It takes 5 seconds for the fan to start and be heard... I think it's an electronic control that delays the start.

Not installed yet but gets 4 star rating still in the box!

As a home owner since the 1970's I've been cursing the same cheap $6 vent fans that now sell for $60 at entry level; same tired design and lack of innovation.
