I was Leary of an indoor smokeless grill but I adore it!! It's quite large too takes up almost my whole stove top when I use it. I use it there cuz in my mind it's safer but I'm sure I could use it on counter surface safely. I was impressed at the size so I can cook alot at once. It wish it came with or had an option to but a griddle attachment. Only comes with the grilling plate. But I live it just the same . Came double boxed almost triple with the inner packaging. I really appreciated this cuz the outside box was pretty banged up it looks and feels and uses like a quality product and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a terrible time communicating with Macy's Customer Service. The box said there was a bonus griddle pan included, which was not in the box. It took hours. I finally gave up and returned the item. Such a shame to have gone through so much time, without satisfaction. Not the same Macy's from my younger years.

I bought this grill because when grilling items indoors we always set off our smoke detectors located by the bedrooms. This grill is awesome, it sucks up all the smoke and the fats are drained to a lower drawer. Is wish I had bought this sooner.
