Worked really good at first but it has started lagging. Can't always run two showers at the same time, sometimes there's no hot water you shut the water off and then it works. Other then that im happy with it

Doesn't perform
I bought this thinking it would be an upgrade. Boy was I wrong. We use a max of 4 gpm of hot water simultaneously and it doesn't keep up. I get 105F max when set at 140F & running 2 faucets. Running 1 tub by itself yields 104F-105F temps when set at 140F.
