leaky handles

I purchased 2 units and installed them on my master bath and guest bathroom. I live alone so the guest bath was only used once or twice my myself. On my day off I was on my way out the door to my garage and found it was flooded. I ran upstairs and found this unit was leaking at the handle and over an inch of water was on the floor. As for my unit in the master, it just failed last week, again I was home and i got the water flow stopped quickly and removed it.

Be careful to check compatibility

Doesn't fit all Kohler toilets. Specific the San Souci

Our bidet leaked at the handle section …pending inquiry if manufacturing issue. Very disappointed.

We really like the bidet, it is wonderful & u feel clean bc u rinse w/clean water!!! I had never used one & now I would not be without one on my toilet!!! Thank you very much!!!!! Deborah. ;-)

Useless

This bidet just shoots water to the front of the toilet. You cannot adjust the angle at all. I purchased this for a San Souci toilet and customer service offered no solution.

Front Spray Caused Major Leak!

Product was working fine until my wife tried the FRONT spray and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. I thought that maybe one of the water line connections was leaking. I checked all lines and that was not the problem. It was leaking at the handle right where the chrome ring is on the handle as best as I could determine. And it wasn't a minor leak/drip. It was leaking a lot of water. It's unfortunate because I liked the unit and it worked well until this happened.

Easy to install. A nice addition to our new Kohler toilets that work as well as stand alone bidets. The ability to adjust the spray strength is a great feature.

The best toilet seat bidet attachment!

I love this bidet! It works great, is easy to install, and is cheaper than brands with more relentless marketing strategies (tushy). I love supporting a local, WI business and knowing that the product is high quality. The ordering process was easy and it came promptly in the mail. Couldn't ask for anything more!

The bidget works very well. The cold water is a bit uncomfortable, but I do not use as toilet paper as before and I am throughly cleaned in less than a minute. The bidget was easy to install. A person does not need to a plumber to install it.

Disappointing for the price

The nozzles are poorly aimed, pressure is not really adjustable and too high so there is a lot of overspray/mist that leaves the bowl between seat and bowl. Would not recommend

Product is good but took longer than I expected to receive it

Bad quality!

I purchased two units of PureWash M100 on August 31, 2023. I purchased them through Amazon. One for each bathroom in my house. My initial impression was good. All was going well until yesterday (November 28, 2023). Yesterday I found water all over the bathroom floor. These were installed by a professional plumber so it was unlikely to leak from the connections, I checked all lines and that was not the problem. The bidet is leaking at the handle switch right where it turns, where the meral looking ring is at the handle. And it isn’t a minor leak. It is leaking, I put a bucket underneath because I was not able to turn off the water source on my own, and the bucket was half full within a few hours.

Disappointed.

This PureWash bidet attachment has upgraded my bathroom big time. It was very easy to install and almost anyone could do this with just a couple tools and following instructions. Cleans very well and leaves you feeling fresh after using the toilet. There are no electronic components and the simplicity is what makes it so great. It is sleek and not bulky on the toilet at all. The Kohler PureWash M100 Toilet seat attachment for bidet functionality is perfect. The installation was so quick and easy I was so surprised. My daughter says this the most clean and fresh she has felt. I was timid at sitting to use it as an older woman, but it was a great feeling if cleanliness. The controls work very well I was concerned the buttons would get stuck but they have not. This attachment is a great money saver, toilet wipes and toilet paper. The handle makes it easy to switch from front to back sprayer. The water pressure is just right to feel clean.
