Slow delivery and damaged

The product was delayed twice in delivery and once we got it, it was damaged. Still no response from Lowes

It was broken ? when it arrived! It came in 4 boxes. The shower pan was already installed when the contractor open the other boxes and saw it was damaged. I only got a partial refund and was out $1,300 and still had to buy a new shower kit!

Love my new shower. Just got installed on 7/31/24 and took my first shower in it on 8/4/24. It is beautiful. I had it professionally installed and they put plywood on the walls because the walls are thin and put a waterproof strip all around top and sides. You do have to trim walls to size. It turned out wonderfully. The ribbed sides and back look great too. I did not put a shower door on, but put up a curved shower rod and a liner and curtain. Gives you even more room and looks great too. I even had grab bars installed for later on when needed. It looks like it will be rally easy to clean too.

I am very dissatisfied with the merchandise and the customer service

This is my 2nd time sending this review since there was no response to my first review. The first shore kit was delivered damaged. I had to wait a week for the damaged kit to be picked up & a few days for reimbursement. That delayed my Reno of my main bathroom. I reordered the same shower kit & because I was going to be out of state arranged for my GC to pick up the shower kit to verify it wasn’t damaged. When I returned home the shower kit was installed to realize that it was t the design I had ordered & don’t like the shower walls but I’m now stuck with a shower I didn’t order & don’t like. I’m very disappointed in the fact that the mft sent the wrong shower kit & it was installed before I was home to recognize the error.

Cost way too much for what you get. Corners and bump outs had to be filled with caulk. Our plumber had a really hard time putting it in. It is caulked everywhere and looks cheap and unfinished on the top and bottom. Would not recommend to anyone!

I ordered this product on October 4, 2023. However, it was not delivered until November 3rd. Once it was taken out of the box, we didn't notice that the product (one of the panels) was damaged in a couple of places until we had started working. I spent a lot of money for this and paying my contractor. And he had to stop working because of the damages. We're not able to use. Now, I don't know what to do.

First time doing a shower kit. The quality of the shower kit is very good. The shower pan is well made and heavy duty enough but you do need to use mortar underneath it to set it in place. The most important thing I learned is take your time and make sure the walls are plumb and the floor is level use the shower pan in place to check the walls for a good fit. You will not be able to make this kit look good without plumb flat walls and square level floors. The wall panels are glued to the wallboard and the seams are siliconed.

Stay away from this one, there are better options

Garbage quality, the shelves are suck thin plastic you can almost see through them. Easily the biggest waste of money and time I’ve ever purchased.

Love this shower. Base and Backwall

We bought two showers for our (first) home and put this in our master. I was afraid the base would feel hollow or slippery, but it feels really solid and grippy. My pregnant wife loves it and I'm glad I don't have to worry about her. The shelves are great and the bottom shelf for putting your foot up comes in SO handy! Also, it's almost impossible to find a 36" deep shower and we will never go back to a smaller one now.

Shower a bit flimsy

pretty flimsy and large shampoo bottles do not fit on the shelves if have a pump. Floor is lightly textured but still gets a bit slippery

Terrible product. Nothing but headaches. Stay away.

The base is ok but the wall so terrible. Do not waste your time and money on this one.

Looks great. Nice and big, walls are a little flimsy but all in all love it

DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

Poor flimsy material. Would need molded trim to close in the end of the walls that they don't provide so water can't get in. All reviews that give a "1" rating are so true. So if you have money to throw away then go ahead and give it to this company.

Easy install

Great fit. Easy install just glue. Word to the wise. double check and add your finished wall thickness, sometimes 1 inch makes a big difference
