Total deception with this fan. Stopped working after only 4 years. Installation is hard since our ceiling are 18foot tall and was looking to buy and install a fan that was durable not something that needed to be changes after 4 years. We did try the resetting and turning off the breaker and nothing worked. The remote seems to work just fine since the green light still flash when pushing the buttons

Great looking fan. Easily to install. Good as the day we installed the two years ago. Have no issues ever since then. I have not connected the Wi-Fi. But ultimately will try to.

Great outdoor fan

Great fan for our sunroom. Really seems to move air around. We had an issue after the kids got ahold of controller and touched every button it stopped working. Called manufacturer and rhey helped me reset fan and was good to go in minutes. Great feature to have!

Didn’t last a year

I ordered two of these fans and they were installed by a licensed electrician. One stopped working after three months, the other stopped working after about 9 months. We had an electrician come out to figure out what happened and he said both motors were shot. Not cool for after spending about $900 for both fans.

Love it! we got this fan due to its smart features of which i originally wasnt very hopeful, but its been a pleasant surprise! works perfectly with google assistant, avoid using the phone app post setup, it does have some delay. PS airflow is just amazing, at level 3 or 4 speeds its effortlessly handling 18 X 14 living area

I purchased this fan as part of the home renovation. I received it in April and had it installed in November. With very little use I had an issue with the motor making a noise in May, just over a year since it was purchased. I called Modern Forms and they sent me a replacement fan after I checked to make sure it was not an issue with installation. The fan came in and to my dismay, It was damaged during shipping. They sent me another fan without question and I installed it and everything is working fine. They were very easy to deal with even though it has been over a year since I had purchased the original fan.

this fan is great. you can choose either color and it looks nice hanging in our covered pergola. we have not tried using it yet but will update once we do.
