I like the top third drawer, I can use it for lids and rings in canning. I like the sanitize and heat dry options.

Great for the price. It one of the quietest dishwashers I ever owned and washes the dishes very well. It has a third rack that is perfect for utensils.

Samsung Dishwasher

Samsung Dishwasher is great. It’s quiet and cleans effectively. However 5 days later I tried price matching this dishwasher and Lowe’s will not honor the price match. Lowe’s says there is an internal policy that only allows for 48hr price matching. If you go on their website it says 30 days. Not very good customer service and I will not be shopping at Lowe’s anymore.

got a lemon. after 3 attempts to repair Samsung finally gave us a voucher to buy a new one. Works great otherwise, esp the pop open feature at the end of the cycle.

This doshwasher works pretty well. However, of something is very dirty or if is something is dryed on it won't work the best. There arent very many options, however it still doesnwhat it has to do. Visually it looks good and isnt too complicated to use.

Nightmare

The entire process has been exhausting. I originally ordered this online with the installation. The installer came out and was here for maybe 5 minutes and said the old dishwasher could not be removed because the floor was built up around it and the floor would need to be ripped up in order to remove the old dishwasher. He said he was unable to do the install. Feeling defeated I said okay well I guess let’s just return everything since it doesn’t look like this is meant to be. He said okay I’ll let Lowe’s know and they will call you. Spoke to Lowe’s and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. Not wanting to loose out on almost 100 dollars, I said okay well I don’t want to return the dishwasher then and I will just have to figure out the install. They said the installer would bring me back the dishwasher. The installer did not return my dishwasher and instead delivered it to the store. When I got back home I attempted to remove the old dishwasher myself. I removed the kick plate because he did not and was able to remove the dishwasher just fine without ripping up my floors! I’m not sure if the installer just didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t want to do it. Spoke with Lowes was told the dishwasher was at a store that was 30 minutes away and that I would have to go pick it up or pay 60 dollars to have it delivered. I expressed that I have no way of picking up this dishwasher, and I felt like this was an error on their end so I don’t understand why I need to pay for delivery. She called the Lowes store it was at and they agreed to deliver it for free 2 days later. The day before they were supposed to deliver it, they call me and tell me they cannot deliver it because it is not at their store. I had to call Lowes again to I find where the dishwasher was actually at. We believe we located it but the store was not answering their phone, so I went up there in person. Met with the store manager and he was indeed able to locate it. He agreed to have it delivered for free in 2 days. I finally received it today and there are some scratches on the top part where the buttons are in a few places. I haven’t addressed this yet but honestly I’m so exhausted from this whole nightmare that I just don’t have the energy anymore. Just a shame
