Wrong Bar handle

I don't know why I received a square bar handle on the door when all pictures show the round bar handle. I should have denied the delivery. I do not like the bar handle. Very disappointed

I really like this dish washer. It holds an incredible number of dishes. I scrap for off dishes and load without rinsing and everything comes out shinning. The prongs are set up to allow for anything you want to put in. The adjustable shelf is well designed and works smoothly. I'm impressed!

This dishwasher does a great job cleaning my dishes and I love how quiet it is. I have no issues with the drying system. Works just fine. The third tray at the top, for cutlery, is fantastic. Would never have another machine without it.

It started out so quiet but after 6 months or so it is not as quiet. My husband thinks the intense heat has melted some insulation, not sure, but worry about that fact.

The unit cleans the dishes very well, that I have no complaints about. The app is a little cumbersome in the beginning, but it is worth being able to have a customized cycle in place. One thing worth mentioning is the startup on the unit itself can be a little unforgiving if you don't read the instructions first

The silverware holder ,is very small. I realize the top 3rd rack holds them as well ,but I use that for other items.

Love our new Bosch dishwasher. Large capacity and cleans well.

Upon delivery the dishwasher had a putrid asphalt/burnt chemical smell. It would be obvious when running (when machine heating up) and was inside the machine when opening after a cycle. It’s apparently from the bitumin used all over the machine for sound proofing. I can’t believe a reputable company would use such a toxic material in a home appliance that would offgas for years with regular use. I had to send back after two days of running 5 cycles and realizing the smell wouldn’t easily go away.

second rack spikes not stable

Bought a Bosch SilencePlus 44dB over a year ago and it has been mostly great: dishes get clean and it's so quiet. Just wanted to highlight my one small annoyance in hopes that Bosch picks this up for the next model. My middle rack has adjustable spikes that are unstable: they kind of click in place, but if there is anything with more than maybe half a pound in weight, they will fall over. Very frustrating! Please either permanently lock them in place or have a way to lock them more sturdily.

Seems to do a great job cleaning dishes. Sanitization works very well. The only minor complaint is that closing the door to the dishwasher can be very loud.
