I have only had this machine for over a week, but so far It seems to be well built and makes a lovely cup of coffee. The two porcelain mugs included are not microwave proof but do keep the coffee hot for quite a while. 80 paper filters are included along with some cleaning fluid and a proper paper instruction manual. I have purchased this item to replace a troublesome espresso machine and am pleased with it so far. Hope this review is helpful..

My wife bought one for my birthday. I was using a Keurig before and the taste difference is night and day. I taste the flavor notes using the moccamaster. 10/10

Makes great coffee

Overall the coffee maker works well and brews a great cup of coffee. I would recommend it. The cover is a bit tricky to "seat" properly. I would like to have the basket sit flat on the counter while filling it with the ground coffee instead it rests on it's side. I'm not sure if I should fill it with coffee while it sits in the holder as doing so makes it tricky to avoid the piece that delivers the water or maybe I should just swing that piece out of the way. Anyway, a minor inconvenience.

I am absolutely love the moccamaster one cup. I have wanted a moccamaster for quite some time but was unaware of the one cup machine. I’ve found my forever machine.

Best Coffeemaker For Solo Coffee Drinker

I love my Technivorm One Cup Moccamaster coffeemaker.

The cult following of Moccamaster was right. I recently bought this coffee maker from Amazon and I was blown away by the quality of the coffee. Whatever I make, is very smooth without bitterness and taste absolutely delicious. There is a trick to it and that's to stir the coffee in the filter in order to get the best flavor extracted. It's definitely superior to the traditional drip coffee and takes less time than pour overs. Yes it's very expensive but it's very satisfying to use.

Nothing to think twice about here. This is the best machine I have used to date after months of research. I’m a single user, so this works perfectly.

Great little coffee maker. Only 4 stars because if the filter isn’t perfectly level it can overflow. A slightly larger basket would solve that issue. Otherwise works great!

Could be better

Although this is a cute little one cupper, I’m disappointed in the design. The top/cover is flimsy, difficult to place properly and seems cheaply made. Also, the cup holder is too small for most of the cups I use so I have to turn it over to accommodate my cups. I appreciate that it turns itself off and it makes a decent 10 oz cup of coffee. But the design is less than intuitive. It was quite overpriced in my opinion.

the cup-one performs as it promises

very pleased with the cup-one. i wanted to transition away from my cuisinart single cup brewer to eliminate my usage of k-cups. this does the trick. no problems with it as long as you follow the recommendations-wet the filter ahead of time, keep the coffee to 2 level scoops, and be diligent about keeping the hole unclogged and you will be fine! temperature is good, brew time of about 4 minutes is realistic, and coffee tastes great!

Product needs work to iron out drip mechanism

I would stay away from this model. If you take a look at the actual design in the picture, you'll see how tiny the drip hole is. There are significantly better 1 cup products on the market that have more safeguards in place to prevent one of the most catastrophic things that can happen when making coffee which is overflows / leaks. I regret buying this.

Excellent one cup coffee maker

I couldn't be happier with this one cup coffee maker. It is simple to use and makes a perfect steaming hot cup of coffee every time. I've tried various coffee makers in the past and this is by far the best I've tried, well worth the extra expense for that perfect cup of morning coffee.

I drink "white" coffee. About 1/4 cup half and half and coffee mate.

Have used it only twice. Grinding beans it's so strong I throw it out. So I am playing with measurements to make it weaker. Guess I am a Keureg gal in the end! Fast and good. But I'll keep on it. Very cute coffeemaker! No regrets on buying it.

One Cup Workhorse w/ a Flaw

I’ve been using the one-cup for several years now; like a number of reviewers, I also experienced the clogged filter basket and a hot mess to clean up. I drilled a hole in the plastic filter basket slightly larger than the original. I always clean the basket, always use Moccamaster #1 filters, and make sure my coffee beans are not ground too finely. Since, I have had a spillover only rarely, and probably because I wasn’t careful in my prep.

Delicious and earth-friendly

This single serve coffee machine makes incredible coffee-better than my French Press. We couldn't be happier. So much better than the cheaper pod machines.

I've had my Cup One for a few months now, having bought it to complement my KBGV. It is great when I only want a single cup of coffee, having grown dissatisfied with my pod machine. Just remember to put a mug in place when brewing (oops ..).

Freaking amazing

This is the best coffee machine i've ever owned. Coffee tastes amazing. Most of my previous experience comes from Kureg and cheaper coffee makers. Super worth it! Would recommend.
