Wasn’t good
Loved it at first, but problems developed in the first 40 days! The manufacturer doesn’t offer any repair option on the units they only offer a replacement after they receive the defective unit We were having extreme heat during that period so waiting up to 2 weeks shipping time for a replacement was entirely unacceptable. Walmart refunded our purchase.
Great Saddle Unit
Living in eastern North Carolina is not fun weather wise from mid May through mid to late October. Hot, humid weather dominates the area. Whether you have your garage doors open or closed it gets brutal in there. I just installed the above mentioned 12,000 BTU unit in my garage and what a dramatic difference we are experiencing in less than a day. Much cooler, very dry (no humidity), it was very easy to install, plug in and appreciate the results.
