excellent steamer. larger than others, as well as sturdier! I bought myself and my brother one!

I made bánh giò (a Vietnamese savory steamed rice cake) and they turned out amazing! This product is an excellent addition to my kitchen. I highly recommend it. It’s wonderful!

So sar so good

I bought this food streamer because my sister has one and she likes it. It is stainless steel. Many other steamers are plastic. I have only used it couple of times to steam broccoli, it works great. It is huge, but you can only use one of the "dishes" at the time if you don't have a lot to put in. The only thing, is that a week after I got it, it is a little more on sale. Maybe I should reach them and see if they can adjust the price...

The steamer made of stainless steel, is well made with secure handles and should last for years. It is very big and you could steam enough food for 10 or more people. It is easy to operate. I would like them to make a smaller version with two steaming sections that could fit under my kitchen cupboards on the kitchen counter. I can only use one steaming section on the counter top. It is about 17 inches tall. It is easy to clean, but it takes up a lot of room with 5 to 6 parts to wash.

Did not like it. Returned it.

Lasted one year

The steamer lasted one year and one month. It shorted out or something. First, the burner stopped working. I tried it again a few days later and the cord prongs melted the outlet. I had to pry and break the prongs to get it out. And then, it stopped working all together. I’m not sure but this product may be faulty. It’s made in China. It’s too expensive for the product you get. Look elsewhere.

Well made and easy to use

This thing is very cool. I loved the idea of it turning off automatically after a preset amount of time and that it’s not made of plastic, HOWEVER, ITS HUMONGOUS!!!! Returning it. I would keep it if it was 1/2 the circumference size. Trust me it’s too big unless you’re feeding a small army.

This one is bigger and more heavy-duty than the all plastic one from another manufacturer that it replaced. It does take a bit longer to heat up but is still efficient and easy to use.

I am so happy to have this big food steamer. Almost used every day. Thank you way fair

Received my food steamer yesterday upon opening the box all I can say was wow it’s beautiful and great size so I’ll be able to steam a lot more vegetables thanks Wayfair keep bringing great product.

So far so good, used it 2 times and had no issues ..
