Package came damaged and missing over half the parts and equipment. Spent weeks trying to deal with Home Depot but they didn’t help. One said they would find and ship the parts but nothing came and the next person said they would send someone to grab and replace it. That didn’t happen. Then I wanted to send it back and someone said that wasn’t an option. After weeks, I finally found someone to agree to let me return it. Will never buy anything from this store again. HORRIBLE service!!!!!!

The screws could have been labeled in the directions, but overall very pleased. Take your time, read over the directions and don’t over tighten screws into the wood.

Great playhouse

I found the directions easy to read and all of the items have predrilled holes. I am unsure as why some gave this item negative reviews. Maybe it's too soon to tell on my end, but I really love how this playset turned out. It is beautiful and spacious. The extra toys are a bonus!

Cheap plastic slides, wood split in several places, missing several pieces and hardware, the bottom is the worst because you have to go under a beam to get in it and my kids keep hitting their heads plus pictures don't match what you actually get. DONT BUY! If we hadn't put it all together we would return if we could!

Great purchase.

Love the look and fun areas for the kids. Took a while to put together because hardware packages were not labeled and there are several hardware switches per step. Not as quick to put together as a play set purchased from Sam’s but equal in quality.

Missing needed screws and bolts unfortunately. We had to make two trips to the hardware store to get the right sizes. We ended up with a bag of screws that were not even called for in the instructions. Otherwise, we are happy with the product.

Not worth the money

I don't think it's worth the money. Holes didn't line up on several pieces, missing 2 steaks for the slide,one of the slides is cheap plastic and bends everytime my kids go down it. The bottom is the worst layout! Kids have to either crawl under the board or over and my 3 year old keeps hitting her head! total pain to even get underneath. Wish I could go back and NOT buy this, very disappointed 😞

The directions could definitely be clearer but overall this thing is great. A miniature park in your backyard with plenty of activities to keep children occupied for hours.

Missing parts

We purchased the Super KnightsBridge Complete Wooden Outdoor Playset with Slides, Monkey Bars, Swings and Swing Set Accessories from home depot. It has been a nightmare of a project. Half the pieces did not have the numbers on them. The roof holes were not properly drilled in the right spots so we had to completely redrill the roof pieces. Then it was missing a bunch of screws to finish putting the set together. It was also missing 3 stakes for the slides. Only came with one stake. So we had to make ones to fit. For what this thing costs this is really unacceptable.

The kids love it. But according to the company it does NOT come with the bongo drums that Wayfair shows in the picture. It also arrived without the roof, but that was settled with two phone calls and the parts arrived a week later

Head bumping issue

The roof extends over the lower platform which causes a big problem. Stepping up from the lower platform to the higher one, you have to step up and duck down at the same time. My kids have bumped their heads multiple times. I’m concerned about when friends come to play that it could be a liability issue. Why they designed it like this, I have no idea.

We had this professionally installed and it took them 3 days. My kids are 4 and 6 and its big enough to last for a while. I would recommend sealing the wood though because my daughter got a splinter once. Overall I love it and feel its worth it!

Directions slightly complicated and some added toys dont exactly work for that size wood used. Definitely needs to be weighed down when finished, yet perfect for a first time swing set for many ages. Very adaptable for future changes as well.

I ordered 2 swing sets at the exact same time. This was came within a reasonable time and we installed it with no issues. Very happy with the product.

My only complaint is the organization of the screws to put it together. There were different size screws all mixed together and it’s really hard to differentiate between an 1” 1/4 and an 1” 1/2 when there is also 1” 3/4 and 2” in the same bag... group them by size. But my children love it!!!

Be aware this literally come in pieces. However, my husband who is very handy was able to assemble this in about 15 hours almost completely by himself. Some boards weren’t marked well and the screws were difficult to figure out what went where. However, the final product looks awesome! Kids love it!

Called the manufacturer (not home-depot) four times, left voicemails, & never got a return call. We did have a box that had "Lemon" written on it, and this is the box that had the swing bar in it! We went to HD to buy what we could to get the swing to work.
