Ordered a toilet and got a sink

Not sure how this happened..

This item was packaged to insure no damage. However, it came cracked at the "tail" and was not discovered until installation. It was not visible and did not leak.

This is beautiful, fast shipping!

I bought this to match the sink I purchased a few months ago. I could have bought this at several different stores, but this site offered the fastest shipping.

This is my first American Standard toilet that I have purchased. I am very pleased with my purchase. I was looking for one with the square design and this is the only company I found to have exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased with the design and the way it performs.

In the past, I have utilized another popular brand for remodels of my two bathrooms and have been very p!eased. I chose to try American Standard based upon the recommendation to my contractor. I am extremely pleased with the appearance and performance. I purchased the bowl and corresponding tank and it is remarkable how well it flushes (quickly and quietly).

I love the American Standard Town Square toilet!

I bought the entire American Standard Square toilet in white, including the toilet seat. Love the design and everything about it. My only comment is that sometimes you have use the handle more than once to get the toilet to flush correctly. It is a little bit annoying but not enough to be a problem. I actually plan to have a plumber look at it again when I have another plumbing job to make sure there isn't a problem with it. I would recommend this toilet otherwise.

Love the AS Town Square toilet!

I just bought the American Standard Town Square toilet and LOVE IT! Brad from the Build.com customer service department recommended it and I am so glad I purchased it. It came very well packed with everything included. The only thing we had to buy was a longer toilet supply line because my old toilet (see photo) sat farther to the floor and had a shorter line. (Just went to Home Depot for the new supply line; it was in stock.) Anyway, the toilet flushes great and I love the design. Very classy and so happy to have it. This bathroom will be getting remodeled but my existing toilet was short, original and smelly so it had to go before I could get to remodeling. (The tank also had a slow leak so that was another reason for replacement. I just bought this house last Fall and the toilet was original to house ~ 2002.) Anyway, I love this toilet and recommend it. The plumber installed it the end of March 2022 so it is a little soon to tell how it will go but so far I really like it.

Beautiful style

I bought this in August and love the style. Flushing is fast.

Looks cheap

Front is bowed - not sure if this is the look it’s supposed to have. The toilet tank doesn’t sit flush, the actual flush is awful. If you press briefly it doesn’t flush 1 piece of paper down.
