Brizo Rook is a No Go

We spent so much on this suite of new bathroom fixtures and everyone of them except the door hook and toilet paper holder had design and operations issues! The over engineered valve design severely limits water flow, and the valve came defective and required several calls to Ferguson, Brizo, etc. to get a new part and additional plumber visits.

This is a Delta faucet Brand. It will accept multiple variations of trim sets. The integrated and compact diverter/main valve make for quick rough plumbing. The intergal stops allow for easy flushing of the water lines and cartridge install/maintenance with out having to shut main water off. Up to 3 outlets on the diverter and temp/volume options on main valve are dictated by the trim option selectes. (Valve catridges are included with trim selected NOT with rough valve)

The rough stop itself is excellent, sturdy and well made. I ordered the Brizo model thinking it was better, but what was sent had a Delta model number shown. Thinking this was a mistake, I ordered a replacement. Low and behold, the replacement had the same delta model number shown.

Best Diverter for Shower Valve

This diverter was a necessary element for our Brizo Thermostatic Valve. It has worked excellent since installation. It controls the rain head, the jets, and a hand-held. You can also combine the various elements meaning you can have the jets and the rain head, or the jets by themselves, or the hand-hold by itself or with the jets. There are so many combinations... you will love it!
