Disappointed
I ordered 2200watt cooktop but the product arrived was 1800watt itself
It was apparently perfect, BUT it was 240 Volts, BAD, and it didn't come with a plug to plug in the wall, AWFUL. I returned it.
great little stove top
pricewise it worked out great for me i was shopping for something around $100 i like the automatic shut off timer. it does NOT like water so wipe it as fast as you can. also this is not CSA approved so your local electrician won't install it you'd have to do it yourself

I purchased this item for outdoor cooking, sometimes I like cooking when somefood shouldn't be cooking inside.

This item comes with no manual, I was trying to get help by phone and they were asking me to pay 25 dollars to talk with a tech to tell me what wire number to use to install

Its nice looking .Works well. Like that it has little rubber legs on it so you can put it on top of the counter instead of putting in the counter.

Construction
Looks nice, but it is slow to heat up. It took 5 minutes to get a 2qt kettle to a boil. Temperature is very consistent. I would rather have the larger burner towards the front, but I was aware of that prior to ordering. Touch controls are responsive and function better than expected.
No way too reach any technician or does customer service tech have any idea how to work or fix any issues you might have
Use
The manual does not tell you exactly how to use the product. The instructions are confusing. I can not figure out how to get the countertop to work. I figure out the power button but the up and down arrow are not doing anything and the function key isn’t working as well. This product is very confusing.
